Explaining Religious Lifestyle Model in NAJA Personnel

هدف اين مقاله، دستيابي به الگو سبك زندگي ديني كاركنان نيروي انتظامي مي باشد.به منظور طراحي الگوي بومي سبك زندگي ديني كاركنان از روش تحقيق توصيفي و كيفي و جهت گردآوري داده ها از روش مصاحبه و نظريه داده بنياد يا نظريه مفهوم سازي بنيادي استفاده شد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش در مرحله اول را خبرگان مرتبط در اين حوزه(اساتيد علوم ديني در بخش دانشگاهي و فرماندهان و مديران و صاحب‌نظران در ستاد ناجا) مي باشند كه به صورت نمونه‌گيري گلوله برفي انجام شد؛ در مرحله دوم با بهره‌گيري از منابع وحياني، روايي و ولايي، گزاره‌هاي مرتبط انتخاب و براساس روش داده‌بنياد يعني كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي ابعاد مشخص و اشباع نظري به دست آمد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه اين الگو در نهايت در 3 بعد اصلي در قالب اعتقادات ديني، بايد ها و نبايدهاي شرعي(شريعت يا احكام) و بايد و نبايدهاي اخلاقي تعيين كه اعتقادات ديني در 5 مفهوم اصلي شامل اعتقاد به خدا، به عدل، معاد، امامت و كرامت انساني(مردم باوري) تعيين و الگوي سبك زندگي ديني عرضه شد.

The study aimed toachieve a religious life style model forpolice personnel.In order to design an indigenous religious lifestyle model for staff, descriptive and qualitative research method was used. To collect data, interviews and grounded theory or was used. The population in this study in the first step were the relevant experts in the field (seminary professors in the university and commanders, managers and experts in police headquarters) that was done through snowball sampling method.In the second step,by using the revelatory, narrative and guardianship sources, related options were selected andspecific dimensions and theoretical saturation were achievedbased on the grounded theory i.e. open, axial and selectivecoding.The results showed that this model was determined in three basic dimensions in terms of religious beliefs,Sharia (law or orders) do's and don'ts and the moral dos and don'ts that religious beliefs were determined in 5 main concepts as belief in God, justice, resurrection, leadership and human dignity (Populism) and religious lifestyle model was presented.
