طراحي و تبيين الگوي مناسب ﻧﻮآوري در ارتش ﺑﺮ مبناي تدابير فرمانده كل قوا (ﻣﺪ ﻇﻠﻪ)

Designing and Devising a Suitable Innovation Sample for I.R.I Army According to Supreme Leaders Statements

هدف از اين تحقيق كه برگرفته از پروژه اي است كه در سطح ارتش انجام گرفته، طراحي و تبيين الگوي مناسب نوآوري علمي در ارتش ج.ا.ا بر اساس فرمايشات مقام معظم رهبري است. اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي هدف و ﻣﺎﻫﻴﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ از ﻧﻮع اﻛﺘﺸﺎﻓﻲ و ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي دﺳﺘﺎورد ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارك ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺨﻨﺮاﻧﻲ هاي رهبر انقلاب و ﻧﻴﺰ تعداد 106 نفر از فرماندهان و معاونان آموزش و پژوهش و اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه هاي افسري ارتش مي باشند. با بررسي تعداد 109 سخنراني معظم له، از طريق روش تحليل محتوا 67 گويه استخراج شد. سپس با استفاده از روش تحليل عاملي، در نهايت در قالب 12 عامل ارائه گرديد. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارك و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻫﺎي ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي و ﻣﻴﺪاﻧﻲ داده ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻧﻮآوري در ارﺗﺶ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻳﺸﺎت رهبر انقلاب ﻣﺪﻟﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ در ﺑﺮﮔﻴﺮﻧﺪة اﺑﻌﺎد ﻓﺮدي(قدرت علمي، جرات علمي، انگيزش)، اﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ(اﻫﺪاف و راﻫﺒﺮد بر مبناي توليد علم، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و جو ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻲ، ﻓﻨﺎوري و تجهيزات، ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ، ﻧﻈﺎم آﻣﻮزشي و نظام پژوهشي) و اﺑﻌﺎد مكتبي(روحيه و تفكر بسيجي، معرفت و ايمان) اﺳﺖ.
