درنگي بر استفاده از اينترنت اشياء و ارائه الگوي كاربرد آن در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاهي

Using the Internet of Things in Academic Libraries based on the views of the Librarians of Top Academic Central Library in Iran

اينترنت اشياء توصيفگر وضعيتي است كه در آن تعداد زيادي از دستگاه‌ها (اشياء) توسط حسگرهايي از طريق اينترنت به هم متصل مي‌شوند. هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر مطالعۀ نگرش كتابداران كتابخانه‌ مركزي دانشگاه‌هاي سطح يك كشور درباره اينترنت اشياء و ارائه الگوي كاربرد آن در كتابخانه دانشگاهي بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف كاربردي بود و ازنظر روش، پيمايشي-توصيفي بوده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش متخصصان علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسي شاغل در كتابخانه‌هاي مركزي دانشگاه‌هاي سطح يك ايران بود كه تعداد آن 298 نفر شد. نمونه‌گيري به روش تصادفي ساده انجام گرفت. حجم نمونه به‌وسيله فرمول كوكران 168 نفر شد. روايي پرسشنامه ‌محقق‌ساخته توسط اساتيد هيئت‌علمي دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي سنجيده شد و بررسي پايايي پرسشنامه حاضر از طريق محاسبۀ ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ انجام‌شده است. يافته‌ها: فناوري اينترنت اشياء در بسياري از فرايندهاي كتابخانه و در فعاليت‌هاي بخش‌هاي خدمات عمومي، خدمات فني، خدمات جنبي كتابخانه قابل‌استفاده است. پاسخ‌هاي دريافت شده از كتابداران و همچنين مطالعات انجام‌شده مبين اين مسئله است كه گرچه بهره‌گيري از فناوري اينترنت اشياء هزينه‌هايي را به كتابخانه‌ها تحميل خواهد كرد اما از سويي ديگر به دليل ارزش‌افزوده بالاي استفاده از اين فناوري و همچنين سرعت و سهولتي كه در فعاليت‌هاي اجرايي و مديريتي كتابخانه به وجود خواهد آمد، بهره‌گيري از اين فناوري در كتابخانه مطلوب است. نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس نگرش كتابداران كتابخانه‌هاي مركزي دانشگاه‌هاي موردبررسي و مطالعات انجام‌شده، اينترنت اشياء مي‌تواند در بخش‌هاي مختلفي چون مديريت، امانت، مرجع، ساختمان و تجهيزات كتابخانه استفاده شده و موجب سهولت، دقت و افزايش سرعت فرايندهاي كاري و صرفه‌جويي در هزينه‌ها و ارائه خدمات مطلوب شود. درنهايت حاصل مطالعه صورت گرفته ارائه الگوي كاربرد اينترنت اشياء در كتابخانه دانشگاهي بود.

Internet of things describes a situation in which a large number of devices (objects) are connected to each other via the Internet by sensors. Considering the role of libraries in collecting, processing and disseminating information, they should be able to play the role such as other organizations. The purpose of this study was to checki the attitudes of librarians in the central library of the top universities about the Internet of things and present its application pattern in the academic library. This study applied a survey-descriptive method. The statistical population of this research is the knowledge and information science specialists working in the central libraries of the first level universities in Iran, which consisted of 298 people. The statistical population of the study was gathered through a simple random sampling. The sample size is 168 by the Cochran formula, but slightly more than 180 questionnaires were distributed. Among all the distributed questionnaires, 113 questionnaires were collected. The resultsof this study show that the Internet of things technology was used in many library processes and in the activities of public services, technical services, and library services. The responses received from librarians as well as other studies have shown that although the use of Internet of things technology will impose costs on the libraries, due to the high value of this technology as well as the speed and ease with which the library's executive and managerial activities it will arise, using this technology in the library will be desirable. Finally, the results of the study present the design and the pattern of usage of the Internet of things in the academic library.
