بررسي جايگاه نقد در سپهر سياسي ايران بر اساس نظريه كنش ارتباطي هابرماس

Status of Critique in Iranian Politcal Spher Based on Habermas Theory of Communicative Action

اساساً مفهوم نقد در جامعه اي بطور مبنايي معنا پيدا مي كند كه همگان درصدد حل مشكلات و مسائل جامعه و يافتن راه حل ها از طريق گفتگو و مفاهمه در رسيدن به توافق باشند، در چنين جامعه اي دگرسازي و مرزبندي در آن رويكرد قالب نخبگان سياسي نيست. از راهكار توجه به عقايد مختلف و به رسميت شناختن دگران است كه اجماع نسبي پيرامون منافع جمعي و مصالح ملي اتفاق مي افتد. اينكه چنين جامعه از چه سطحي از توسعه به معناي عام برخوردار است محل بحث و مناقشه است. اما اهتمام به كنش در حوزه عمومي از سوي نخبگان سياسي در چارچوب نظريه كنش ارتباطي مي تواند ما را به سمت مفاهمه و توافق در سايه اهميت نقد و مباحثه رهنمون كند. يعني امر سياسي به عنوان يك امر عمومي است و كنش در حوزه عمومي بايد از مسير نقد و مباحثه گذر كند. كنش معطوف به توافق و تفاهم از رهگذر عقلانيت رهايي بخش گذر مي كند و لزوما اين نوع كنش به دنبال رسيدن به منفعت و سود خلاصه نمي شود كه طبق انديشه هابرماس بن بست موجود جوامع مدرن اتكاي صرف بر يكي از جنبه هاي خرد انساني است كه هابرماس در نظريه كنش اتباطي خود درصدد گشايش فرايند كسب شناخت و كنش متناسب با عقلانيت و در نتيجه رهانيدن انسان هدف جو و منفعت محور از بن بست سيستم اجتماعي خود ساخته غيرمنعطف است. اين مقاله توصيفي – تحليلي در كنكاش بكاربردن اين نظريه در جامعه سياسي امروز ايران و بدست آوردن برخي راه حل ها براي رسيدن به تفاهم و توافق سياسي در به رسميت و توجه دادن به عنصر نقد در جامعه است.

Basically the concept of criticism makes sense in a society that everybody tries to solve the society's problems and finds solutions through negotiation in order to reach an agreement. In such a society, transformation and delimitation in the approach of political elites is not the most important deal. The solution according to different opinions and recognizing the others that occurs the relative consensus around national interests. Such a society possesses of what level of development-in general definition-is controversial. However endeavor to act in the public area by elites within the framework of communicative action’ s theory can lead us to understanding and agreement under the importance of criticism and discussion. It means that a political issue is considered as a public issue and action in public area must pass through criticism and discussion. Rapt action to the agreement and understanding passes through the redemptive rationality and does not necessarily seeks to achieve the benefit and profit. According to Habermas thought the deadlock of modern societies relies solely on one aspect of human wisdom. an‎d in his own theory of communicative action he seeks to open the process of cognition and action proportionate to the rationality and as a result to rescue the profit driven man-who seeks own aims-of the deadlock of self-made and rigid social system. This article strives to use this theory in Iran contemporary political community and achieve solutions to reach to the political understanding and agreement in order to recognize and consider to the criticism element in society.
