بررسي رابطه بين خود كارآمدي و خود پنداره با بهزيستي عاطفي مبتني بر شغل معلمان دوره ابتدايي دخترانه شهر بجنورد

Study of the raelationship between self- efficacy and self- concept with emotional well-being based on jobs in teachers of Bojnourd girls primary school

هدف اصلي پژوهش بررسي رابطه‌‌ بين خودكارآمدي و خودپنداره با بهزيستي عاطفي مبتني بر شغل معلمان دوره ابتدايي بوده است. روش پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه خودكارآمدي معلمان اسچانن موران (2001)، پرسشنامه خودپنداره دولت‌آبادي (1386) و پرسشنامه بهزيستي عاطفي مرتبط با شغل ون كاتويك و همكاران (2000) است كه داراي روايي صوري و محتوايي است و ضريب پايايي آنها با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ به‌ ترتيب برابر با 0.83، 0.91 و 0.80 مي‌باشد. جامعه تحقيق شامل كليه معلمان دوره ابتدايي دخترانه شهر بجنورد 260 نفر مي‌باشد. با توجه به جدول كرجسي- مورگان، نمونه‌اي ‌برابر با 150 نفر تعيين شد. روش نمونه‌گيري در اين پژوهش به‌ صورت تصادفي طبقه‌اي مي‌باشد. تحليل داده‌ها با آزمون‌ معادلات ساختاري به‌وسيله نرم‌افزار Lisrel انجام شد. با توجه به نتايج آماري، قدرت رابطه ميان بين خودكارآمدي با بهزيستي عاطفي برابر 0/57 محاسبه شده است، خودپنداره با بهزيستي عاطفي برابر 0/46 محاسبه شد. آماره آزمون نيز 7.90 و 6.62 بدست آمده است كه بزرگ‌تر از مقدار بحراني t در سطح خطاي 5% يعني 96/1 بوده و نشان مي‌دهد همبستگي مشاهده شده معنادار است؛ بنابراين با اطمينان 95% بين خودكارآمدي و خودپنداره با بهزيستي عاطفي مبتني بر شغل معلمان دوره ابتدايي دخترانه شهر بجنورد رابطه وجود دارد.

The main purpose of this research is Study of the raelationship between self- efficacy and self- concept with emotional well-being based on jobs in teachers of Bojnourd girls primary school. The method of research is descriptive- survey and correlation type and the tools for collecting information in this research include standard teachers’ self-efficacy questionnaire developed by tschannen- moran (2001), self- concept questionnaire developed by Dolatabadi (2007) and emotional well-being questionnaire related to Jaws job byVan Katwyk (2000) which have 24, 48 and 20 items, respectively, in which they have face and content validity; their reliability coefficients by using Cronbach’s Alpha test are equal to 0.83, 0.91 and 0.80, respectively. The considered population of this research includes all teachers in girls’ primary courses of Bojnoord City who are 260 persons. sample equal to 150 persons are determined according to the Morgan’s table. The sampling method is random stratified. structural equations by statistical applications Lisrel the results showed that According to statistical analysis, the power relationship between self-efficacy and emotional well-being of 57/0 is calculated, Self-concept and emotional well-being was measured against 0.46. 7.90 and 6.62 also obtained test statistic is greater than the critical value t at the level of 5% to 1.96 and indicates that the observed correlation is significant. So with 95% between self-efficacy and self-concept and emotional well-being of girl's primary school teachers Bojnoord-based jobs are related.
