ارائه مدلي براي آموزش مشاركتي در طراحي معماري در دانشكده هاي ايران

New Model for Collaborative Education in Architectural Design in Iranian Universities

فاصله زياد ميان آموزه هاي آكادميك در دانشكده هاي معماري و كار حرفه اي در جامعه موجب شده تا فارغ التحصيلان دانشكده هاي معماري با روند اشتغال و حل معضلات معماري جامعه بيگانه باشند و اين مي تواند يكي از دلايل ناكارامدي آموزش طراحي معماري در ايران باشد. يكي از شاخصه هاي مهم كه در ديدگاه هاي نوين تعليم و تربيت در دنيا مطرح است آموزش مشاركتي و تعاملي است. در اين شيوه يادگيرندگان با دغدغه منافع جمعي و حل مساله به صورت گروهي خو مي گيرند بنابراين پس از فارغ التحصيلي توانايي بالاتري در شناسايي معضلات اجتماع و حل مسائل با همكاري و تعامل سايرين كسب مي كنند. اين پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدلي براي آموزش طراحي معماري مشاركتي در خصوص كاستن از فاصله ميان آموزش آكادميك و حرفه صورت گرفته است. اين پژوهش يك پژوهش نيمه تجربي است و انجام آن از طريق فرايندي گام به گام در راستاي يافتن راه حل هاي مناسب براي مسائل پيش بيني نشده در مسير پيمايش است كه به طور استقرايي و با گرد آوري منظم و طبقه بندي شده داده هاي درجه اول صورت گرفته است . گرداوري داده ها از طريق مطالعه كتابخانه اي ، مشاهده ، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه انجام شده است . تحليل داده ها از طريق طبقه بندي داده ها ، خلاصه سازي ، تهيه جدول ونمودار ، تغيير شكل داده هاي كيفي به عدد و رقم، يكپارچه سازي داده ها ، آزمون فرضيه ، شناسايي عليت و پاسخ به فرضيه صورت گرفته است. نتايج به دست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه اين مدل ضمن هم افزايي در آموزش مي تواند موجب كارامدي آموزش طراحي در ميان دانشجويان شود و فاصله ميان آموزش آكادميك و بازار كار را تا حد زيادي كاهش دهد.

The large gap between academic lessons in architecture schools and the labor market in society has made many graduates of architecture schools unfamiliar with the work process and solving architectural issues in society. An important constituent which has been present in Iranian education and training culture from yesteryear, which can be seen in novel education stands around the world, is collaborative education. In this method, learners get accustomed to concerns related to collective benefits and group problem solving. Thus, after graduation students gain higher ability to identify issues in society and solve problems with colleagues and interact with others. The aim of this study is to present a model for collaborative architectural design education, on the subject of decreasing the gap between academic education and work. Some of the benefits which can be gained from this method include preparing learners for work and social life, improving awareness of the educational issue by grouping students of different levels, strengthening students’ responsibility and commitment towards their surrounding environment, objectivism in education, academic education based on the realities of society. This study is qualitative and post positivism. It is inductive and first-degree data was collected, organized, and classified. It sought to discover issues surrounding architectural design education in a collaborative manner. The presented model consequently showed that it is not only synergistic, but also instigates efficiency in design education students. It can also significantly reduce the gap between academic education and the labor market.
