چكيده فارسي :
تحت تحولات سياسي اخير به اصطلاح «بهار عربي» يا «بيداري اسلامي»، ژئوپليتيك خاورميانه و شمال آفريقا بار ديگر به كانون بحران جهاني تبديل گشته و بدين ترتيب بستر لازم جهت مداخله و توسعه نفوذ بازيگران فرامنطقه اي مهيا شده است. در همين ارتباط، سؤال اصلي پژوهش بر اين مبنا شكل گرفته است كه در صورت تداوم و يا تشديد تحولات اخير خاورميانه، پيامدهاي امنيتي آن چه نقشي مي تواند در گسترش حضور ناتو در منطقه ايفاء نمايد؟ همچنين، چالش هاي امنيتي گسترش ناتو در منطقه براي ج. ا. ايران چه خواهد بود؟ پژوهش حاضر با بهره گيري از روش توصيفي– تحليلي و در چارچوب مكتب كپنهاگ، اين انگاره را مفروض مي پندارد كه در صورت استمرار، تشديد و يا تسري بحران در ژئوپليتيك خاورميانه، بستر براي حضور گسترده و فراگيرتر ناتو در منطقه فراهم خواهد شد. به عبارت ديگر، تهديدات چند بعدي امنيتي ناشي از بحران خاورميانه براي كشورهاي عضو ناتو از يك سو و باز تعريف اين سازمان از نقش خود به عنوان يك نهاد «مسؤول» و متصدي برقراري صلح و امنيت جهاني در هزاره جديد از سوي ديگر، منجر به آن خواهد شد تا اين سازمان در راستاي تأمين امنيت جهاني، بويژه منافع و امنيت اعضا و متحدان و شركاي منطقه اي، اقدام به مداخله و توسعه نفوذ بيشتر در خاورميانه نمايد. در همين ارتباط، گسترش فزاينده ناتو مي تواند تبعات امنيتي گوناگوني براي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در پي داشته و متعاقباً امنيت اين كشور را با تهديد جدي مواجه سازد.

Under the recent political transformations of the so-called "Arab Spring" or "Islamic Awakening, " the geopolitics of the Middle East and North Africa have once again become the centerpiece of the global crisis, thereby providing the necessary platform for intervention and development of the influence of transnational actors. In this regard, the main question of the research is based on the basis that, if the continuation or intensification of recent developments in the Middle East, what security implications can it play in enhancing the presence of NATO in the region? Also, what will be the security challenges of NATO expansion in the region for the Islamic Republic of Iran? The present study, using the descriptive-analytic method and within the framework of the Copenhagen School, suggests that the continuation, intensification or prolongation of the Middle East geopolitical crisis will provide a platform for the wider and more comprehensive presence of NATO in the region. In other words, the multidimensional security threats posed by the Middle East crisis for NATO members, on the one hand, and the redefinition of the organization's role as a "responsible" institution and an organizer of world peace and security in the new millennium, on the other hand, led to It will attempt to intervene and expand its influence in the Middle East, in order to ensure global security, especially the interests and security of its members and allies and regional partners. In this regard, the increasing expansion of NATO could lead to various security implications for the Islamic Republic of Iran and subsequently threaten the security of the country with serious threats.
