هدف كلي اين پژوهش ارزيابي آموزش شبيه‌سازهاي تيراندازي ناجا مي‌باشد. روش آموزش مهارت تيراندازي بدون استفاده از گلوله‌هاي واقعي، منحصر به تمرين خشك نيست و در سال‌هاي اخير از دو شيوه ديگر نيز در ارتقاي مهارت تيراندازي استفاده‌شده است. سنجش و اندازه‌گيري اثربخشي آموزشي بـراي سازمان‌ها ظاهـراً مشكل و بحـث-انگيز به نظر مي‌رسد، اما از يك ضرورت جدي برخوردار است. در اغلب سازمان‌هاي امروزي ضرورت جديدي براي ارزيابي توانايي و قابليت‌هاي آموزشيِ مخاطبان وجود دارد. روش اين تحقيق ازنظر هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي است همچنين ازنظر ماهيت و رويكرد تحقيقاتي از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش از 508 نفر كاركنان نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي‌باشند. حجم نمونه حاضر بر اساس مدل كرك پاتريك و در چهار سطح فراگيران دوره، مسئولين آموزش وافسران ميدان تير كه در امر آموزش دخالت دارند، فراگيران فارغ‌التحصيل كه پس از 6 ماه در محيط كار مشغول به خدمت مي‌باشند و درنهايت مديران و مسئولين ارشد ناجا به‌صورت تصادفي انتخاب‌شده‌اند. پس از بررسي و تجزيه‌وتحليل پرسشنامه‌ها و نتايج به‌دست‌آمده معلوم شد كه به‌كارگيري شبيه‌سازهاي تيراندازي علاوه بر اينكه مورد استقبال فراگيران قرارگرفته است باعث افزايش تسلط فراگيران بر اسلحه، افزايش دقت در نشانه‌روي و افزايش دانش آنان در خصوص شبيه‌سازها در زمان اجراي دوره شده است همچنين استفاده از شبيه‌سازها باعث كاهش هزينه‌ها، كاهش مهمات مصرفي شده وليكن به جهت عدم استفاده درست و به‌موقع شبيه‌سازها در زمان خدمت تغيير مثبتي در افزايش آيتم‌هاي مهارتي نشده است.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate police training is shooting simulators. Shooting skills training methods without the use of live ammunition, not only dry practice in recent years in enhancing the skills of shooting two other methods were used. Measuring the effectiveness of training for organizations seem difficult and controversial it seems, but it is a significant need. The aim of this research in terms of applied research and also in terms of the nature of the research approach is descriptive survey. The study population of 508 police personnel of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The sample size is based on Kirkpatrick's model in four levels of learning during, firing Vafsran education officials who are involved in teaching Graduate students who are employed after 6 months on the job and eventually executives and senior police officials Antkhabshdhand randomly.
