Position, Dimensions and Realization of Urban Competitiveness in Urban Management

هدف مفهوم رقابت پذيري تا حدودي مشخص و قابليت برتري يافتن بر ساير رقبا مي‌باشد. با توجه به پديده‌هاي معاصر جهاني شدن و اطلاعات و ارتباطات، اهميت توجه به بحث رقابت پذيري شهري آشكار مي‌شود. رقابت پذيري مولفه‌ها مختلفي دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضرتوجه بر مولفه‌هاي مكاني رقابت پذيري شهري جهت ارائه به مديران شهري مي‌باشد. پس از تعيين فرضيه‌ها با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاري، با رويكرد حداقل مربعات جزئي به وسيله نرم افزار Smart PLS برازش مدل براي تحقق فرضيه‌ها انجام مي‌شود. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده­هاي جمع­آوري شده از 110 نفر به عنوان جامعه آماري، ابتدا آمار توصيفي و سپس آمار استنباطي مطرح مي­گردد. كل فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش تاييد گرديدند. همچنين، نظريه پژوهش عبارت است از: رقابت پذيري شهري را مي‌توان با مشاركت مردم و فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات ارتقا داد.

The goal of the concept of competitiveness is somewhat specific and is overcome to other competitors. Due to the contemporary phenomena of globalization and information and communication, the importance of paying attention to the issue of urban competitiveness is evident. Competitiveness has different components. The purpose of the present research is to focus on the spatial components of urban competitiveness in order to provide it to urban managers. After determining the hypotheses using the structural equation model, with the partial least squares approach, the fitting of the model is performed by Smart PLS software to realization the hypotheses. To analyze the collected data from 110 people as a statistical population, descriptive statistics and then inferential statistics are presented first. The whole research hypothesis is confirmed. Also, research theory is: Urban competitiveness can be enhanced with people's participation and information and communication technology.
