The representation of research experience model and its relationship with researcher spirituality and research self-efficacy of M.A. students of Islamic Azad University of Sari

هدف تحقيق حاضر، ارائه مدل تجربه پژوهشي و ارتباط آن با روحيه پژوهشگري و خودكارآمدي پژوهشي دانشجويان دوره كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد ساري مي باشد و روش اجراي آن توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه در اين تحقيق كليه دانشجويان در حال تحصيل دوره كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد ساري در نيمسال دوم سال تحصيلي 95-1394 به تعداد 5112 نفر مي باشد. حجم نمونه آماري بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان و به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي 361 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها در اين پژوهش سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تجربه پژوهشي، روحيه پژوهشگري و خودكارآمدي پژوهشي مي باشد. روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه هاي مذكور توسط اساتيد راهنما و مشاور و متخصصان اين حوزه تأييد و پايايي آنها با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب (0/83، 0/91 و 0/86) برآورد گرديد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از دو روش آماري شامل آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي استفاده شده است.. يافته هاي حاصل از تحقيق مؤيد آن است كه ارتباط همزمان بين متغيرهاي پيش بين با متغير ملاك برقرار بوده و همچنين روحيه پژوهشگري نقش ميانجي در رابطه بين تجربه پژوهشي با خودكارآمدي پژوهشي داشته است.

Every nation needs to organize research activities for its development and promotion. Since students are recognized as dynamic and future-makers in any society, therefore it is necessary to determine and resolve their research drawbacks. The purpose of this research is the representation of research experience model and its relationship with researcher spirituality and research self-efficacy of M.A. students of Islamic Azad University of Sari. an‎d its implementation method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population that study in this research consist all 5112 MA. Students of 2015-2016 from Islamic Azad University of Sari. From that 361 students were randomly selected based on Krejcie and Morgan sampling table and applying stratified sampling method. For data collection was used the library and the field method. The data collection tool in this research was three researcher-made questionnaire included research experience, research spirituality and research self-efficacy. The content validity of these questionnaires was approved by supervisors, advisors and experts in the field and their reliability was obtained by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively (83%, 91% and 86%). To analyze the data was used two statistical methods included descriptive statistics (frequency, indicators mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (wilcoxon test non-parametric methods, spearman correlation test, strong regression and structural equation). For analysis was used spss software and LISREL. Findings from the research suggest that the simultaneous relationship was established between the predictor variables and the criterion variable. an‎d also the researcher spirituality had mediator role in relationship between research experiences with research self-efficacy.
