ارزيابي عملكرد مديران مدرسه ها از ديدگاه معلمان بر اساس رويكرد كارت امتيازي متوازن (BSC) مطالعه موردي (مدرسه هاي شهر مريوان)

The evaluation of school managers’ function from teachers’ point of view based on balanced score card approach (BCS).case study( marivan schools

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي عملكرد مديران مدرسه هاي شهرستان مريوان براساس رويكرد كارت امتيازي متوازن بود. تحقيق حاضر از لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و از حيث روش با توجه با اينكه از نظرات افراد مورد بررسي با پرسشنامه استفاده شده است، توصيفي – ارزشيابي بود. جامعة آماري تحقيق حاضر همة معلمان زن و مرد شهر مريوان در سال تحصيلي 95-94 در اين شهر مشغول به خدمت بودند كه بنا بر نظر كارشناسان اداره آموزش و پرورش به تعداد 1960 نفر است. براي انتخاب نمونه آماري در تحقيق حاضر، از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي به نسبت تعداد معلمان زن و مرد انتخاب شده است كه حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان به تعداد 321 محاسبه شد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين تحقيق پرسشنامة محقق ساخته بود. اين پرسشنامه داراي 68 گويه است و برحسب طيف ليكرت درجه بندي شده بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي اين تحقيق، در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي انجام شد،­كه در سطح آمار استنباطي از آماره كلموگروف اسميرنوف براي توزيع نرمال بودن داده ها و در آماره تي تك نمونه­اي استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ارزيابي عملكرد مديران مدرسه هاي شهرستان مريوان بر اساس ديدگاه رشد و يادگيري، ديدگاه ذي نفعان، ديدگاه مالي مناسب است. همچنين نتايج تحليل فريدمن نشان داد كه ديدگاه داخلي مديران در اولويت اول؛ ديدگاه رشد و يادگيري در اولويت دوم؛ ديدگاه ذينفعان در اولويت سوم و ديدگاه مالي در اولويت چهارم قرار مي­ گيرد.

The aim of the current study is to appraise Marivan's school managers function based on Meto score card approach(BCS). The study is a practical research in the terms of purpose and it's descriptive-evaluating in terms of method considering that the examinees opinions had been taken using an questionnaire. The study's statistical population is consist of all male and female teachers who served in Marivan in 94-95 year witch their number is 1960 based on department of education's experts opinion. The sampling had been done using random stratified samplingAnd based on male-female ratio the sample was calculated to include 321people using Morgan table the information gathering tool in this research was a questionnaire made by the researcher witch has 68 items that are scored based on the Likert spectrum . the research's analysis has been done in the level of descriptive and inferential statistics and in the level of inferential statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic has been used for data normality distribution and in the level of descriptive statistics the one sample T test has been used. The results showed that Mrivan's school managers function appraisal is suitable based on the growth and learn, stakeholders and financial theory .also the Freedman analysis showed that the internal managers theory comes as the first priority, the growth and learn theory comes as the second, the stakeholders comes as the third priority and the financial theory comes as the fourth priority.
