واﮐﻨﺶ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﺳﻔﯿﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﻪ

The reaction of different white bean cultivars under drought stress condition in Miyaneh region

به منظور مطالعه ي واكنش رقم هاي لوبيا سفيد تحت شرايط تنش خشكي، آزمايشي در قالب طرح كرت هاي خرد شده بر پايه ي بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي در سه تكرار در مزرعه تحقيقاتي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد ميانه اجرا گرديد. شرايط تنش خشكي شامل دو دور آبياري شامل دور آبياري 5 روز و دور آبياري 10 روز به عنوان كرت هاي اصلي و پنج رقم لوبيا سفيد شامل مرمر، ياس، صدف، دانشكده و 11805 به عنوان كرت هاي فرعي انتخاب گرديدند. شرايط آبياري محدود موجب كاهش معني دار در اكثر صفات مورد بررسي گرديد و عملكرد تمامي رقم هاي مورد بررسي كاهش معني داري يافت. بين ارقام مورد مطالعه، رقم هاي صدف، دانشكده و 11805 داراي بيشترين عملكرد بودند و به عنوان رقم هاي مقاوم به تنش شناخته شدند. شاخص هاي حساسيت به تنش، ميانگين هندسي بهره وري و شاخص تحمل تنش در شرايط آبياري بهينه و محدود همبستگي مثبت و معني داري با عملكرد داشتند، بنابراين رقم هايي كه ميزان بالاي شاخص هاي ميانگين هندسي بهره وري و شاخص تحمل تنش و مقدار كمتر شاخص حساسيت به تنش را دارا بودند به عنوان رقم هاي متحمل به آبياري محدود شناخته شدند.

This study was conducted in a split plot based on a completely randomized block design with three replications in Research Farm of Islamic Azad University to investigate the reaction of white bean cultivars under drought stress condition. Drought stress condition consisted of two irrigation intervals including 5 and 10 days as the main plots and five cultivars of white beans including Marmar, Yas, Sadaf, Daneshkadeh and 11805 were placed in subplots. Limited irrigation condition caused significant reduction in most of the studied traits and the yield of all studied cultivars decreased significantly. Among the studied cultivars, Sadaf, Daneshkadeh, and 11805 had the highest yield and were identified as the cultivars susceptible to stress. There was a positive and significant correlation between the indices of stress susceptibility, geometric mean productivity and stress tolerance index under optimum and limited irrigation and their yield. Therefore, cultivars with high geometric mean productivity and stress tolerance index and low stress susceptibility index were identified as cultivars tolerant to limited irrigation.
