اثر تاريخ كاشت و تنش خشكي بر صفات كمي و كيفي آفتابگردان در منطقه زهك سيستان

Effect of planting date and water deficit on qualitative and quantitative traits of Sunflower in Sistan, Iran

به منظور تعيين اثر تاريخ كاشت و تنش خشكي بر صفات كمي و كيفي رقم آذرگل آفتابگردان، آزمايشي به صورت كرت هاي خرد شده در قالب طرح پايه بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار در ايستگاه تحقيقات كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي شهرستان زهك سيستان به اجرا درآمد. عامل اصلي شامل تاريخ كاشت در سه سطح 25 اسفند، 5 و 16 فروردين و عامل فرعي شامل قطع آبياري در مراحل رشد زايشي در چهار سطح شاهد (آبياري معمولي)، قطع آبياري در مرحله غنچه دهي، قطع آبياري در مرحله 50% گلدهي، قطع آبياري در مرحله پر شدن دانه بود. اثر متقابل تاريخ كاشت و قطع آبياري بر هيچ يك از صفات اندازه گيري شده معني دار نبود. اثر قطع آبياري در مراحل مختلف رشد زايشي بر عملكرد دانه، درصد روغن، تعداد دانه در طبق، وزن هزار دانه، از نظر آماري در سطح احتمال 1% معني دار بود. كمترين مقدار اندازه گيري شده از قطر طبق، تعداد دانه در طبق و وزن هزار دانه از تاريخ كاشت سوم به دست آمد. قطع آبياري تاثير منفي بر عملكرد دانه و درصد روغن داشت. توصيه مي شود با توجه به شرايط اقليمي منطقه، بهترين تاريخ كاشت براي حصول بيشترين عملكرد دانه به ترتيب 25 اسفند و 5 فروردين است.

Effects of sowing date and water deficit were studied at different reproductive growth stages on some qualitative and quantitative characteristics of sunflower cv. Azargol in Sistan, Iran. The experiment was carried out using a split plot experiment based on a completely randomized block design with three replications at the Research Station of Zahak in 2010. There were three levels of sowing times (2010/03/15, 2010/03/24, 2010/04/04) as main-plots, and irrigation levels (normal irrigation, water withhold at budding stage, 50% in flowering and grain filling stages) as sub-plots. The interaction between planting date and water withhold on all traits were not significant. The effect of water withholding different growth stages on grain yield, oil content, grain number, grain weight, were statistically significant at the 1% probability level. No significant difference was observed among treatments in water withhold and oil yield. The effect of planting date on head diameter, grain number and grain weight was significant at 5% level so that the lowest value measurement of head diameter, grain number and grain weight was the third planting date. Withholding irrigation had a negative impact on grain yield and oil percentage. According to the result of the research, 15 and 24 March would be recommended as proper planting date in this region.
