چكيده فارسي :
ﮐﻮدﻫﺎي زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ در ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﮐﻮدﻫﺎي زﯾﺴﺘﯽ و ﮐﻮد ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﺴﻔﺮه ﺑﺮ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﻣﺎش )رﻗﻢ ﮔﻮﻫﺮ( آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1393 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺟﯿﺮﻓﺖ، ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﻮد ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد(، 20، 40 و 60 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﻓﺴﻔﺮ و ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﮐﻮد ﺗﺠﺎري ﻓﺴﻔﺎت ﺑﺎرور-2 در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﻋﺪم ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد( و ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﺴﻔﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن داﻧﻪ، درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن ﮐﺎه، درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ، درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﺎه، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﺎه، ﻧﺸﺎﺳﺘﻪ داﻧﻪ، ﮐﺮﺑﻮﻫﯿﺪرات داﻧﻪ و ﮐﺎه ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ 19/16 و 33/53 درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 60 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن داﻧﻪ، درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﺎه ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺑﻮد، اﻣﺎ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﺎه، درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن ﮐﺎه، ﻧﺸﺎﺳﺘﻪ داﻧﻪ و ﮐﺎه، ﮐﺮﺑﻮﻫﯿﺪرات داﻧﻪ و ﮐﺮﺑﻮﻫﯿﺪرات ﮐﺎه از ﻟﺤﺎظ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻧﺒﻮد. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﮐﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦﻫﺎي96/31 و 154/9ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر از ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻓﺴﻔﺮ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ و ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﺴﻔﺮ ﺑﺮﺗﺮي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺪﯾﮕﺮ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ و ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ ﻣﺎش ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Biofertilizers are one of the most important nutrition sources of sustainable agriculture. To evaluate the impact of biological and chemical phosphorus fertilizers on quality of mung been Gohar variety, A field experiment was done at the field of Jiroft University, during 2014 as factorial based on randomized complete blocks design with four replications. The treatments consisted of four levels
of chemical phosphorus fertilizer (0, 20, 40 and 60 kg/ha) and organic phosphorus fertilizer
(Phosphate barvar 2) in 2 levels (Non application and seed inoculation). The results of experiment showed that application of phosphorus fertilizer on grain nitrogen content, straw nitrogen content, grain protein yield, straw protein yield, grain starch and grain straw carbohydrate was significant. The grain protein yield and straw protein yield were increased to 19.16% and 33.53% at 60 kg/ha
of phosphorus fertilizer compared to control. Phosphate barvar 2 on grain nitrogen content, grain protein content, grain protein yield and straw protein yield was significant, but the straw protein content, nitrogen straw content, Straw and grain starch, grain and straw carbohydrates was not significant. The highest grain protein yield (96.31 kg/ha) and straw protein yield (154.9 kg/ha) were conducted by phosphorus biofertilizer consumption. Based on the findings, application of biological and chemical phosphorus fertilizer is not superior to each other and are leading to an increase in mung been grain protein.
