نقد درون پارادايمي و برون پارادايمي بر تئوري نئورئاليسم والتز

An in-paradigm and out-of-paradigm critique of Waltz's theory of neorealism

واقع گرايي يكي از پاراديم هاي غالب روابط بين الملل بوده كه تا كنون به طور گسترده براي تحليل رويداد هاي جاري روابط بين الملل مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. يكي از دلايل اين امر مربوط به مفروضه هاي قابل اطلاق آن به رويدادهاي جاري نظام بين المللي بوده و دليل ديگر آن مربوط به بنيان هاي هستي شناختي، معرفت شناختي و روش شناختي اين رويكرد است كه قدرت تحليلي بسياري قوي را براي پژوهشگران عرصه سياست جهاني فراهم كرده است كه همين دو امر زمينه وارد شدن انتقادات بسياري از سوي ساير مكاتب روابط بين الملل به اين نظريه را فراهم كرده است. لذا هدف اين پژوهش بررسي و تحليل مهمترين نقد هاي فرانظري است كه به اين تئوري وارد شده است. در اين راستا پرسشي كه مطرح مي شود اين است كه بيشترين و مهمترين انتقادات درون پارادايمي و برون پارادايمي كه بر نظريه نوواقع گرايي والتز وارد شده است، چيست؟ در پاسخ گفته مي شود بيشترين نقد درون پاراديمي كه بر نظريه والتز وارد شده است مربوط به مفروضه هاي نظريه نوواقع گرايي والتز است كه شامل: فرض توازن قوا، فرض دولت محوري، فرض سيستميك بودن نظام و فرض عقلانيت آن است و نيز مهمترين و بيشترين نقدهاي برون پارادايمي مربوط به بنيان هاي مادي گرايانه، عيني گرايانه و اثبات گرايانه اين نظريه است كه از سوي جريان تأمل گرا وارد شده است. شيوه گردآوري داده ها و اطلاعات كتابخانه اي و اينترنتي است و روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش مبتني بر روش توصيفي تحليلي مي باشد.

Realism is one of the dominant paradigms of international relations that has been widely used to analyze current events in international relations. One of the reasons for this is related to its assumptions applicable to current events in the international system, and the other reason is related to the ontological, epistemological and methodological foundations of this approach, which has a very strong analytical power for researchers in the field of global politics. These two issues have led to much criticism from other schools of international relations. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the most important transnational critiques that have been introduced into this theory. In this regard, the question that arises is what are the biggest and most important criticisms within the paradigm and outside the paradigm that has been introduced into Waltz's theory of realism? In response, it is said that the most critical critique of Waltz's theory is the assumptions of Waltz's theory of realism, which include: the assumption of balance of power, the assumption of central government, the assumption of the systemic system and the assumption of its rationality. Extra-paradigmal critiques relate to the materialist, objective, and positivist foundations of this theory, which have been introduced by the current of reflection. The data collection method is library and internet information and the research method in this research is based on descriptive-analytical method.
