چكيده فارسي :
ارزيابي و مميزي نظام پژوهش، سازه‌اي چند بعدي، پيچيده و شامل فرايندهايي كه در نظام دانشگاهي براي دستيابي به اهداف اساسي مورد توجه قرار مي‌گيرد است، در اين راستا مدل‌ها و چارچوب‌هاي متنوعي ايجاد شده كه هر يك به نوعي در توصيف، تحليل و تبيين اين سازه كوشيده‌اند با اين حال عدم اجماع در خصوص ابعاد آن در ادبيات دانشگاهي و تعدد مدل‌هاي غير‌بومي بر خلاء نظري در اين حوزه دلالت داشته است؛
هدف: اين مقاله ارائه چارچوبي جامع از ارزيابي و مميزي نظام پژوهش مي باشد. اين چارچوب نگرشي واقع گرايانه و كاربردي نسبت به ارزيابي نظام پژوهش و معياري است كه به كمك آن مي‌توان به طور مستمر شرايط موجود را بهبود بخشيد. روش: اين مطالعه با رهيافت مفهومي انجام گرفته كه در ضمن آن شاخص‌هاي مرتبط با ارزيابي از نظام پژوهش استخراج و در قالب فراتركيبي از مطالعات انجام شده، بيان شده است.
نتايج: نتايج مطالعه خلاء نظري در حوزه ارزيابي نظام پژوهش به شيوه بومي را مورد توجه قرار داده و سعي در بهبود كيفيت ارزيابي نظام پژوهش در دانشگاه و به دنبال آن پاسخگويي مطلوب به محيط كه منجر به بقاي معنادار دانشگاه در محيط خود مي‌گردد، دارد.

The evaluation and audit of the research system of multidimensional, complex and involves processes that are considered in the academic system for achieving the basic goals, in this regard, various models and frameworks have been created, each one in a way However, the lack of consensus on its dimensions in academic literature and the multiplicity of non-homogeneous models implies a theoretical vacuum in this field. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive framework for evaluation and audit of the research system, while also providing effective, coherent and responsive processes to achieve goals. Has been strict. , which can continuously improve the existing conditions. This study has been carried out with a conceptual approach that extracts the indicators related to the evaluation from the research system and is presented in the form of a series of studies carried out. The results of the study of theoretical vacuum in the field of evaluation of the research system in native manner have been considered and trying to improve the quality of evaluation of the research system in the university, followed by a desirable response to the environment that leads to a significant survival of the university in its environment
