Analysis of the Impact of Information Technology Application in Qualitative In Qualitative Promoting of Decisions a State Bank (Case Study : Sepah Bank)

زمينه : در قرن بيستم فن آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات به سرعت جهان را در نورديده است و بر بسياري از ابعاد زندگي بشر تاثير گذاشته است بطوريكه تصور انجام فعاليتي بدون فناوري اطلاعات غير ممكن است. هدف : پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تاثير استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات بر افزايش كيفيت تصميم‌گيري در بين مديران بانك سپه . روش پژوهش : به لحاظ هدف كابردي و به لحاظ اجرا توصيفي پيمايشي و از نوع تحقيق همبستگي و براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و كيفيت تصميم‌گيري استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل تمامي مديران بانك سپه در سطح شهر تهران كه برابر 700 نفر بودند . آلفاي كرونباخ در اين تحقيق بالاي 0/7 بدست آمد . با فرمول كوكران تعداد 260 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و نرم افزار هاي -25 SPSS 2- SmartPLS استفاده شد . يافته ها : شناخت ابعاد فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباط آن بر افزايش بهبود كيفيت تصميم گيري مديران بانك . نتيجه : آمادگي مديران بانك در استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و افزايش كيفيت تصميم گيري تاثير معني داري دارد .

Background : In the twentieth century , information and communication technology has rapidly spread across the globe and has affected many aspects of human life so that it is impossible to imagine an activity without information technology. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of using information technology on increasing decision making among Sepah Bank managers. Method : applied in terms of purpose and application in terms of the nature and method of descriptive survey. the research is a correlation type. Two questionnaires were used to collect information about the information technology and decision-making qualityrespectively. The statistical population of the study consisted of all sepah bank managers in the city of Tehran, which equals to 700 people. Cronbach's alpha the study also came in at over 0.7 . with Cochran formula, 260 individuals were selected as samples. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Results using SPSS software and structural equations using SmartPLS software . Findings : Cognition aspects information technology and relationship on increasing improve qualitative decision making Bank managers . Conclusion : readiness of bank managers in using information technology and increasing the quality of decision
