چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎ، ﯾﮑﯽ از ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ اراﺋﻪدﻫﻨﺪه ﺧﺪﻣﺎت در ﻧﻈﺎم ﺳﻠﺎﻣﺖ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﺮسزا ﺑﻮدن ﺷﻐﻞ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺧﻄﺮ ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ؛ ﻟﺬا اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ آﻧﺎن ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در زاﯾﺸﮕﺎه و ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ زاﺑﻞ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روش ﮐﺎر اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻌﯽ ﺑﺮ روي 60 ﻣﺎﻣﺎي ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ و زاﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن اﻣﯿﺮاﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﯽ )ع( زاﺑﻞ در ﺳﺎل 95 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯿﮏ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ 36-SF ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار آﻣﺎري 21( SPSS و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ )ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر( و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ )ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ( اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﻨﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﺷﺮﮐﺖﮐﻨﻨﺪه در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ 5/31 ± 28/60 ﺑﻮد. در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺣﯿﻄﻪﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ، ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺑﻬﺘﺮي داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺳﻠﺎﻣﺖ ﺟﺴﻤﯽ و رواﻧﯽ ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در زاﯾﺸﮕﺎه، ﺗﻔﺎوت آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻨﺪ )p> 0/05 اﻣﺎ در ﻧﻤﺮه ﮐﻞ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ، اﯾﻦ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮد )p< 0/05(. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ، ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در زاﯾﺸﮕﺎه، ﻧﻤﺮه ﮐﻤﺘﺮي را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎي ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ و ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺰارش ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﺗﻠﺎش در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي راﻫﺒﺮدي ارﺗﻘﺎ ﺑﻬﺮهوري، ﮐﻤﮏﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Midwives as one of the main groups providing health care and because of their stressful job they are in the exposure of burnout. This would impact on their quality of life. The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of life of midwives working in maternity hospital and health centers in Zabol. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 60 midwives working in maternity hospital of Amiral-Mu'minin Ali (AS) and health centers of Zabol in 2016. The data collection tools were a demographic questionnaire and SF-36 quality of life questionnaire. Data were reported as descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and analytical (Independent samples test). Results: The results of this study showed that the age mean and standard deviation of the participants in the study was 28.67 ± 5.31 years old. midwives working at health centers had a better health-related quality of life in all domains. Mean score of physical and mental health of midwives working in health centers and midwives working in maternity ward were no significant differences (p >0.05). But total quality of life scores, showed significant difference (p<0/05). Conclusion: The results showed that in terms of quality of work life, midwives working in the maternity hospital reported a lower score than midwives in health centers. These results can help managers identify the needs of midwives and try to implement strategic upgrading programs.
