عوامل مؤثر بر روند تحول مساكن روستايى در شهرستان ممسنى (نمونه موردى: روستاى چمگل)

Analaysis Factors Affecting the Change and Development of Rural Housing in the Mammasani County (Case Study: Village Chamgol)

كانون هاي روستايي در قامت اولين صورت از اجتماعات انسان هاي يكجانشين در طي تاريخ و به ويژه از آغاز جنبش مدرنيسم به اين سو، فرايندهاي تحول و تكامل بسياري را در عرصه هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و كاركردي خويش تجربه نموده اند. يكي از مهم ترين اينگونه تغييرات، دگرگوني در سيما و كالبد فيزيكي روستاها مي باشد؛ كه متناسب با شرايط و مقتضيات زمان و مكان و نيز در راستاي نحوه ي گذران معيشت و ساختار فرهنگي روستاييان تحول و توسعه عمده اي را پذيرا گشته است. در كشور ما به دنبال انجام دگرگوني هاي وسيع اجتماعي در دهه چهل و بعد از آن با انقلاب اسلامي 57 و به تبعيت از آن رسوخ شيوه زندگي شهري به نواحي روستايي شاهد تغييرات وسيع در فضاي كالبدي و نوع معماري روستاها بوده ايم. در اين تحقيق كه به شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي و با رويكرد تاريخ نگاري انجام گرفته است، تلاش است، با انجام مطالعات وسيع ميداني و كتابخانه اي به بررسي و شناخت نوع معماري مساكن و روند تحولات كالبدي نواحي روستايي شهرستان ممسني با موردشناسي روستاي چمگل از آغاز برپايي اين روستا تاكنون بپردازد. نتايج تحقيق بيانگر اين مطلب مي باشد كه روستاي مورد مطالعه تحت تاثير عوامل اجتماعي و اقتصادي و نيز متناسب با دوره هاي زماني، نوع خاصي از شيوه ي معماري در زمينه ساخت مسكن را تجربه نموده است. در اين راستا تحول در شيوه معيشت روستاييان به ويژه افزايش درآمد و قدرت خريد خانوارهاي روستايي، افزايش ارتباط روستاييان با شهرهاي همجوار و بالاخص ارائه وام نوسازي مسكن از سوي بنياد مسكن نقش برجسته اي را در تحول مساكن روستاي چمگل ايفا نموده اند.

Rural communities evolve during history and particularly Modernism evolve many processes in spatial economic, social and functional experience. One of important changes in physical anatomy and countryside is that proportionate with the conditions and requirements of the time and place and also in line with method living and cultural structure of rural development it has evolved in many ways. In Iran, we has experienced changes in 1341 and then with the Islamic Revolution in 1357, the way of life in rural areas have seen vast changes in the atmosphere and the type of skeletal architecture. The study use descriptive-analytical approach and tries to review the documents and studies which investigating track time to identify and analyze different factors of changing process and time indigenous architecture to form special dwellings in Chamgol village in the central part of town Noorabad-e-Mamasani. Research analyzed formation of historical process of vernacular architecture and modern village sought to recognition of factors effective on development of village dwellings architecture. For collecting information, different Methods of library research and especially large operations track with interview, observation, photos and survey was used. In this regard, transformation in the method and the type of livelihood activities and also the rise in rural income and purchasing power of households has been focused as important factors. The study made comparison quality of homes and the design and structure with urban areas. Of course the increase in communication between rural parts and cities have also their affecting role in evolution of spaces and house in rural areas.
