بررسى پياده مدارى محلات شهرى معاصر ايران با رويكرد نوشهرگرايى (نمونه موردى: محله كبابيان، همدان)

Study of Walkability in the Contemporary Iranian Urban Neighborhoods with Approaches of New Urbanism Movement (Case Study: Kababian Nieghborhoud, Hamedan)

امروزه با رشد جمعيت و توسعه شهرنشيني، شهرها با مشكلات بسياري مواجه شده اند كه تاثير اين مشكلات در محلات شهري كه در واقع هسته اوليه تشكيل دهنده شهرها مي باشند بيشتر به چشم مي خورد. يكي از مهم ترين مشكلات و معضلات شهري گسترش افقي شهرها و از بين رفتن پايداري در محلات شهري مي باشد. در سال 1980 جنبشي تحت عنوان نوشهرگرايي در آمريكا به وجود آمد كه لازمه برطرف كردن اين مشكلات را بازگشت به الگوهاي سنتي براي محلات شهري مي داند. يكي از اصول مهم در نوشهرگرايي قابليت پياده روي در محلات شهري مي باشد و سنجش شاخص هاي پياده روي براي جذب افراد پياده در فضاي شهري در اجراي اين شاخص امري ضروري است. به همين منظور در اين مقاله به قابليت پياده روي در محله كبابيان با توجه به اصول نوشهر گرايي پرداخته شده است. روش تحقيق اين مقاله توصيفي-تحليلي بوده و از تحليل آماري جهت تدقيق پژوهش استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه وضعيت محلات معاصر شهر همدان به عنوان نمونه موردي مناسب نبوده و اين كيفيت در شرايط حاضر شهرسازي ايران مورد كم توجه ي قرارگرفته است.

Nowadays, due to population growth and development of urbanization, cities have faced many issues; the most impact of these issues are seen in the urban neighborhoods which are the initial core of cities. One of the main issues and dilemma of urban issues is urban sprawl and the loss of sustainability in the urban neighborhoods. In 1980 New Urbanism movement in America was born which considers returning to traditional patterns for urban neighborhood as a solution to these issues.one of the important principles in new urbanism is walkability in urban neighborhoods. The evaluation of walkability indicators to attract the pedestrians to urban space is essential for execution of this principle. Therefore this article addresses to walkability in terms of new urbanism principals in Kababian neighborhood in Hamadan. The method of the research is descriptive-analytical and statistical analysis was used for research scrutinize. The results of the research show that the condition of the contemporary neighborhoods of Hamedan is not suitable as a case study and this criteria has been ignored in the present condition of the urbanization of iran.
