بررسي تطبيقي برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي ارشد رشته پرستاري كودكان دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي ايران و دانشگاه پنسيلوانياي آمريكا

Comparative Study of the Curriculum of the Master's Degree Program in Pediatric Nursing at Medical science Universities of Iran and Pennsylvania, USA

از آن جايي كه كه هر كشور داراي قوانين، فرهنگ، نيازها، فلسفه ها و ساختارهاي بهداشت سلامت و شرايط اقتصادي خود است. توجه به نظام هاي آموزشي موفق در جهان، مي تواند نشان دهنده نهادينه شدن يك نظام آموزشي موثر باشد. مقايسه نظام هاي آموزشي مختلف باعث ارتقاي برنامه هاي آموزشي و در نتيجه خدمات درماني شده، همچنين باعث طراحي برنامه هاي درسي انعطاف پذيرتر و مبتني بر نياز جامعه مي شود. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي مقايسه تطبيقي برنامه آموزشي دوره كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري كودكان دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي ايران و دانشگاه پنسيلوانيا آمريكا انجام شد. روش مطالعه توصيفي و تطبيقي حاضر در سال 1398 انجام شد. پس از جستجوي اينترنتي در ارتباط با برنامه درسي كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري كودكان در دانشگاه هاي معتبر جهان، دانشگاه پنسيلوانيا آمريكا به دليل برتري جهاني در اين رشته انتخاب گرديده، سپس برنامه آموزشي دوره كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري كودكان دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي ايران و دانشگاه پنسيلوانيا آمريكا با استقاده از الگوي Beredy در چهار مرحله توصيف، تفسير، هم جواري و مقايسه، مورد بررسي و تطبيق قرار گرفتند. يافته ها برنامه هر دو دانشگاه بر اساس اصول برنامه ريزي استراتژيك داراي ارزش ها، رسالت و چشم انداز است. در فلسفه دانشكده پرستاري پنسيلوانيا تفاوت هاي فرهنگي و قوميتي لحاظ شده است در حالي در ايران حركت به سمت تعالي در آموزش، پژوهش و مسيوليت پذيري اجتماعي را معرفي كرده و به تفاوت هاي فرهنگي اشاره نشده است. نقش ها و وظايف حرفه اي در هر دو دانشكده تقريبا يكسان و متمركز بر روي كودك و خانواده، پژوهش، آموزش و مديريتي مي باشند. نتيجه گيري در ايران با توجه به شرايط جامعه، نيازهاي رشته و انتظارات فارغ التحصيلان، تغيير و بازنگري مداوم برنامه ضروري است؛ لذا، بر اساس تجارب كشورهاي پيشرفته و نيازهاي جامعه ايراني،تلاش براي بهبود نقاط ضعف و تقويت نقاط قوت توصيه مي شود.

Introduction: Since each country has its own laws, culture, needs, philosophies and structures of health and economic conditions. Paying attention to successful educational systems in the world can show the institutionalization of an effective educational system. Comparison of different educational systems promotes educational programs and as a result, medical services, and also makes the design of curricula more flexible and based on the needs of society. Therefore, the present study was conducted to evaluate the comparative comparison of the educational program of the Master of Pediatric Nursing course of Iran and Pennsylvania Universities. Methods: This descriptive and comparative study was carried out in 2019. After searching the network on the master curriculum of pediatric Nursing in well-known international universities, we selected Pennsylvania University of United states due to the global superiority in this field. Both curriculums were compared using Beredy’s four-stage model: description, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison. Results: The program of both universities has values, mission and vision based on the principles of strategic planning. In the philosophy of the Pennsylvania School of Nursing, cultural and ethnic differences have been taken into account, while in Iran, the movement towards excellence in education, research and social responsibility has been introduced and cultural differences have not been mentioned. The roles and responsibilities of both faculties are almost the same and focused on the child and the family, research, education and management. Conclusions: In Iran, according to the conditions of the society, the needs of the field and the expectations of the graduates, it is necessary to constantly change and review the program; Therefore, based on the experiences of developed countries and the needs of Iranian society, efforts to improve weaknesses and strengthen strengths are recommended.
