طراحي الگوي حكومتداري پايدار مبتني بر فرمان حكومتي حضرت علي (ع) به مالك اشتر

Designing a Sustainable Governance Pattern Based on Imam Ali's Government Decree to Malik Ashtar

هدف اين پژوهش طراحي الگويي از حكومتداري پايدار مبتني بر فرمان حكومتي حضرت علي به مالك اشتر است. روش انجام دادن اين پژوهش، كيفي و با رويكرد استقرايي است. به‌منظور استخراج مطالب، از فن تحليل مضمون استفاده شد. منبع مورد بررسي در اين پژوهش، فرمان حضرت علي به مالك اشتر در نهج البلاغه است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه براي ايجاد و فراگير شدن حكومت داري پايدار در كشور، الزامات مديريت توسعه پايدار اقتصادي و الزامات مديريت توسعه پايدار اكولوژيكي و الزامات مديريت توسعه پايدار اجتماعي و الزامات مديريت توسعه پايدار سياسي مورد نيازند و اگر مخدوش شوند، بخشي از حكومت اسلامي آسيب ميبيند. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده بر اساس دادههاي پژوهش، نشان ميدهد كه الزامات چهارگانه فوق را بايد در چهار سطح اقتصادي، اكولوژيكي، اجتماعي و سياسي جست‌وجو كرد. نيل به اهداف اين سطوح در شكل گيري و ايجاد حكومتداري پايدار مؤثر است؛ به نحوي كه در سطح اقتصادي عدالت اقتصادي، در سطح اكولوژيكي عدالت زيست‌محيطي، در سطح اجتماعي عدالت اجتماعي و در سطح سياسي عدالت سياسي نمود پيدا ميكند. به‌عبارت‌ديگر، استقرار و پيادهسازي عدالت اقتصادي، زيست‌محيطي، اجتماعي و سياسي در شكل گيري حكومتداري پايدار مهم است.

The purpose of this research is to design a model of sustainable governance based on the government decree of Ali al-Malik Ashtar. The method of conducting this research is qualitative and inductive. The content analysis technique was used to extract the content. The source examined in this study is Ali's command to Malik Ashtar in Nahj al-Balagha. The research findings show that in order to establish and perpetuate sustainable governance in the country, the requirements for sustainable economic development management and ecological sustainable development management requirements and social sustainable development management requirements and political sustainable development management requirements are needed and if they are compromised. Part of the Islamic State is being harmed. The results, based on the research data, indicate that the above four requirements must be sought at the four levels of economic, ecological, social and political. The achievement of the objectives of these levels is effective in the formation and establishment of sustainable governance in such a way that it is expressed at the economic level of economic justice, at the ecological level of environmental justice, at the social level of social justice, and at the political level of political justice. In other words, the establishment and implementation of economic, environmental, social and political justice is important in the formation of sustainable governance.
