Assessing the Efficiency of the Political System of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Realization of Political Justice with Emphasis on Political Positions

كارآمدي نظام سياسي جمهوري اسلامي به جهت پيوند با بقا و پايداري نظام، از اهميت بسياري برخوردار است. از سويي اين مهم سبب شده ارزيابي كارآمدي در تحقق عدالت سياسي بهعنوان اصليترين هدف نظام جمهوري اسلامي اهميت آن را دوچندان كند. لذا پژوهش حاضر در پاسخ به اين سؤال اصلي كه نظام سياسي جمهوري اسلامي در تحقق عدالت سياسي در توزيع مناصب سياسي به چه ميزان موفق بوده است، اين فرضيه را مطرح ميكند كه در عرصه برابري در دسترسي به مناصب سياسي همواره شرايطي برابر براي تودههاي مردم در عرصه نامزدي تصدي مناصب سياسي وجود داشته و اعمال محدوديتهاي نهادهاي نظارتي و مجري انتخابات در راستاي اجراي قانون بوده است. يافتههاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه در عرصه برابري همواره حضور برابر گونه مردم در عرصه نامزدي تصدي مناصب سياسي وجود داشته و با گذشت زمان شاخص فضيلت و شايستگي نيز در تصدي مناصب سياسي بيشازپيش مورد توجه و رعايت قرار گرفته است.

Due to its connection with the survival and stability of the system, the efficiency of the political system of the Islamic Republic is of high importance. On the one hand, this has doubled the importance of evaluating efficiency in the realization of political justice as the main goal of the Islamic Republic. Therefore, the present study, in response to the main question of how successful the political system of the Islamic Republic has been in achieving political justice in the distribution of political positions, raises the hypothesis that in terms of equality in access to political positions there are always equal conditions for the masses. an‎d any restriction of the supervisory institutions and the executor of the elections have been in line with the implementation of the law. The findings indicate that in the field of equality, there has always been an equal presence of people in the field of candidacy for political positions, and over time, the index of virtue and competence in the getting political positions has received more attention
