(An Approach to the Structure and Functions of the Bar Association in the Imam Hassan Asgari (AS

امام حسن عسگري (ع،) در مدت كوتاه امامت خويش، با سه تن از خلفاي عباسي معاصر بود. آنان از هر سو آن حضرت (ع) را تحت كنترل داشتند. شرايط بحراني كه ائمه (ع) در زمان عباسيان با آن رو به رو شدند ايشان را واداشت تا ابزار جديدي را براي ارتباطات با اعضاي جامعهي خود جستجو كنند. وظايف اين نهاد به امور مالي محدود نبود؛ وظايف ارشادي، ارتباطي و سياسي را نيز شامل مي شود. نظام زيرزميني ارتباطات (ديوان وكالت) از عصر امامت امام باقر (ع) آغاز و اين سازمان به طور مداوم و مستمرتا عصر غيبت كبري به فعاليت خود ادامه داد. به اين معنا كه در عصر هيچ يك از ائمه كار اين نهاد به تعطيلي كشيده نشد. دوران منتهي به عصر غيبت به ويژه عصر امام حسن عسگري (ع) يكي از حساسترين و مهمترين دوران فعاليت اين نهاد است. در اين تحقيق تلاش شده است با روش توصيفي – تحليلي، به واكاوي ساختار و كاركرد سازمان وكالت در عصر امام حسن عسگري(ع،) و نقش آن حضرت (ع) در تقويت آن مورد بررسي قرارگيرد. برآيند اين پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه در رأس اين سازمان امام حسن عسگري قرارداشت سپس عثمان بن عمر به عنوان وكيل ارشد؛ و برخي از برجستهترين وكلاي ايشان به عنوان دستيار وكيل ارشد، وكالت نواحي مختلف را برعهده داشتند؛ و بالاخره وكلاي محلي در شهرهاي و نواحي مختلف شيعه نشين در قاعده هرم قرارداشتند

Imam Hasan Asgari (AS), in the short period of his imamate, was with three contemporary Abbasid caliphs. They controlled the Prophet (s) from all sides. The conditions that the Imams faced during the Abbasids led them to search for new means of communication with members of their community. The functions of this institution were not limited to finance; it included also the guiding, communicative and political functions. The underground communications system (court of law) began in the era of Imamate of Imam Baqir (AS), and this organization continued to operate continuously in the era of Kobra's absence. This means that none of the imams in the age of the work of this institution was not shut down. The era leading up to the time of absence, especially the era of Imam Hasan Asgari (AS), is one of the most sensitive and most important periods of this institution's activity. In this research, an attempt has been made to investigate the structure and functioning of the lawyer's organization in the era of Imam Hassan Asgari (AS), and its role in strengthening it in a descriptive-analytical way. The outcome of this research suggests that Imam Hasan Asgari was at the head of this organization Then Osman bin Umar served as a senior lawyer; and some of his most prominent lawyers assisted as senior lawyer, representing different areas Finally, local lawyers in different Shiite cities and regions were placed at the base of the pyramid.
