ارتباط هوش اخلاقي پرستاران با رضايت بيماران ازمراقبت هاي پرستاري

Relationship between nurses’ moral intelligence and patient’ satisfaction from nursing care

مقدمه: پايبندي پرستاران به رعايت اصول اخلاقي، ضمن ارتقاء كيفيت مراقبت پرستاري، از عوامل موثر در ارتقاء رضايت بيماران مي باشد. با توجه به اين كه عملكرد اخلاقي پرستاران به ميزان زيادي متاثر از معيارهاي ذهني- اخلاقي از جمله هوش اخلاقي آنها است. هدف: بررسي رابطه هوش اخلاقي پرستاران با رضايت بيماران بستري از مراقبت هاي پرستاري هدف مطالعه بوده است. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه توصيفي- همبستگي حاضر بر روي 163 پرستار و 489 بيماري كه مراقبت پرستاري را از آنها دريافت نموده اند، در سال 1393 در پنج مركز آموزشي- درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي همدان صورت گرفت. پرستاران به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي و بيماران به صورت تصادفي ساده از بخش هاي مختلف اين مراكز انتخاب شدند. داده ها بوسيله دو پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقي لنيك و كيل (2005) و رضايت بيماران از مراقبت پرستاري بايرينگ (2006) جمع آوري شد. پايايي پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقي با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 86/0 و براي پرسشنامه رضايت بيماران از مراقبت پرستاري 71/0 بدست آمد. با استفاده از آمار توصيفي (ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و آزمون هاي تحليلي ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه به روش گام به گام با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSSنسخه 16 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: ميانگين هوش اخلاقي پرستاران (55/6=SD، 68/76) حاكي از خوب بودن سطح هوش اخلاقي آنها بود. ميانگين رضايتمندي بيماران از مراقبت پرستاري (3/9=SD، 27/98) نشان دهنده رضايت متوسط بيماران بود. بين هوش اخلاقي پرستاران و رضايت بيماران رابطه مثبت و معناداري (01/0> ,p75/0=r) وجود داشت. بر اساس نتايج آزمون رگرسيون، از ابعاد هوش اخلاقي، درستكاري و مسئوليت پذيري 71% پراكندگي رضايت بيماران از مراقبت پرستاري را تبيين نمودند. نتيجه گيري: به مديران پرستاري پيشنهاد مي شود با فراهم نمودن شرايط لازم نظير برگزاري كارگاه هاي آموزشي براي پرستاران، امكان ارتقاء هوش اخلاقي آنها را فراهم نمايند زيرا كه مسوليت پذيري را نسبت به بيماران بهبود مي دهد.

Introduction: Nurseschr('39') commitment to ethics principles, in addition to improve quality of nursing care, is an effective factor to enhance patient satisfaction. Since nurses ethical performance is greatly influenced by the conceptual and moral criteria such as moral intelligence. Aim: this study was investigated relationship between moral intelligence in nurses and patients satisfaction of nursing care. Method: This was a descriptive -correlational study which was performed on 163 nurses and 489 patients who received nursing care in five educational and clinical centers of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in 2014. Nurses were selected based on stratified proportional random sampling and patients were selected based on simple random sampling from different parts clinical centers, respectively. Using Lennick and Kiel’s moral intelligence (2005) and Biering’s patient satisfaction from nursing care (2006) questionnaires data were collected. Using Cronbach’s alpha, reliability of both questionnaires were measured. The alpha coefficient for moral intelligence was 0.86 and for patient satisfaction was 0.71 respectively. Applying descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis) data were analyzed by SPSS16. Results: Mean score for nurses moral intelligent was (76.68, SD=6.55) which based on the questionnaire’s standard was at a good level. Mean score for patient satisfaction was (98.27, SD=9.3) which was at a moderate level. There was a significant and positive correlation between nurseschr('39') moral intelligent and patients’ satisfaction (r =0.75, p< 0.01). Based on stepwise regression analysis, integrity and responsibility as dimensions of moral intelligence accounted for 71% of variance in patient satisfaction. Conclusion: It is recommended to nurse managers to provide facilities such as educational workshop to create possibility of enhancing nurses’ moral intelligent because it is would be improve their responsibility to patients.
