نقش سينما در توسعه و ترويج پيام‌هاي سلامت؛ بازنمايي شاخص‌هاي سلامت در فيلم سينمايي لانتوري

The Role of Cinema in Developing and Promoting Health Messages

در اين مقاله تلاش شده است با استفاده از شاخص‌هاي سلامت در جامعه، نقش سينما را در اين حوزه مورد مطالعه قرار دهيم. فيلم لانتوري كه در جشنواره سلامت شهريورماه 1395 برگزيده شد، در به تصوير كشيدن شاخص‌هاي از بين برنده سلامت جسمي، رواني، ذهني، معنوي، اجتماعي و شغلي عمل كرده‌است. بر اين اساس با استفاده از چارچوب نظريه بازنمايي، كاشت و جامعه‌پذيري به اين پرسش پاسخ داده شده كه شاخص‌هاي سلامت در اين فيلم چگونه رمزگذاري شده است. با استفاده از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي كل فيلم مورد بازبيني قرار گرفت و مرتبط‌ترين سكانس‌ها با موضوع و محتواي مقاله انتخاب شد. يافته‌هاي .... سكانس مطالعه شده، نشان مي‌دهد كه لانتوري بر رمزگذاري شاخص‌هاي سلامت رواني و سلامت ذهن، تاكيد ويژه‌اي داشته است. سبك زندگي نابه‌هنجار، عدم تبعيت از هنجارهاي اجتماعي، نبود توجه لازم به جسم و فيزيك انساني، بيمارهاي رواني پنهان، عشق ناسالم و خطرساز، سلامت افراد و اجتماع را به خطر مي‌اندازد. اسيدپاشي به عنوان عملي قبيح مورد نكوهش كليه گرو‌ه‌هاي فكري جامعه است. روشنفكر، محقق، پزشك، متدين همگي اين عمل را تقبيح كرده و با قصاص فرد مجرم موافق هستند. سلامت روان مهم‌ترين عامل در ارتباطات صحيح انساني است كه بايد مورد نظر فرهنگ‌سازان جامعه و سينماي آموزش محور قرار گيرد.

This article attempts to study the role of cinema in this field by using community health indicators. Lantouri's film, which was selected at the September 2016 Health Festival, has been used to depict indicators that destroy physical, mental, mental, spiritual, social and occupational health. Using the framework of representation theory, planting and socialization, the question of how health indices are encoded in this film has been answered. The entire content of the film was reviewed using the qualitative content analysis method and the most relevant sequences were selected for the topic and content of the article. The findings of the studied sequence show that Lantouri has a particular emphasis on encoding mental health and mental health indicators. An abnormal lifestyle, lack of compliance with social norms, lack of attention to human body and physics, hidden mental illnesses, unhealthy and risky love endanger human health and society. Acid spraying as a vicious act is condemned by all intellectuals in society. The intellectual, the scholar, the physician, the religious have all denounced the act and agree with the retribution of the offender. Mental health is the most important factor in proper human communication that should be considered by community cultures and education-based cinemas.
