ترسيم نگاشت علمي براي تحقيقات مسئوليت اجتماعي در حوزه سلامت با استفاده از روش تحليل خوشه اي موضوعي

Drawing a Scientific Map for Social Responsibility Research in the Field of Health using Thematic Cluster Analysis Method

منشور سنتي حوزه سلامت كه بيشترين تاكيد را بر بهره وري داشته، با منشوري جايگزين گرديده كه پايبندي به مسائل محيطي و اجتماعي را در دستور كار مديران اين حوزه قرار مي دهد، بر اين اساس مديران سازمان هاي فعال در صنعت بهداشت و درمان براي موفقيت نه فقط بايد محيط دروني توجه كنند بلكه مسايل اجتماعي و محيطي را نيز بايد سرلوحه همه تصميمات و اقدامات خود قرار دهند. يكي از ابزارهاي معتبر در ارزيابي مواد و منابع اطلاعاتي و شناسايي حوزه هاي پژوهشي و نيز ترسيم ارتباطات ميان اين حوزه ها در قالب يك نقشه موضوعي، علم سنجي است .استفاده از اين تكنيك جهت كسب بينشي جامع در زمينه تحقيقات مربوط به مسئوليت اجتماعي در حوزه سلامت اقدامي نوين بوده و امكان درك جامعي از مجموعه گسترده اي از مقالات و تحقيقات منتشر شده را براي محققان فراهم مي سازد. هدف از مطالعه پيش رو،تحليل و ترسيم نگاشت توليدات علمي بين المللي در زمينه مسئوليت اجتماعي در حوزه سلامت مي باشد. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه كه از پارادايم تفسيري پيروي مي كند از نوع مطالعات توصيفي است كه به روش مرور نظام مند انجام شده و با استفاده از عبارات جستجوي تعريف شده در پايگاه اطلاعاتي (web of science) در عنوان مقالات و در بازه زماني سال هاي 1900 تا 2019 تحقيقات منتشر شده در حوزه مسئوليت اجتماعي در صنعت بهداشت و درمان را مورد بررسي عميق قرار داده است. برخي از اين مقالات بر اساس تطابق معيارهاي ورود و خروج انتخاب و اطلاعات مورد نياز جهت تحقق اهداف تحقيق از آنها استخراج و با استفاده از نرم افزار (VOS viewer) نسخه 11/6/1 كه نرم افزاري در حوزه علم سنجي است مورد كنكاش علمي قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: پس از جستجو ، غربالگري و ارزيابي كيفي مطالعات، تحليل نهايي بر روي528 مقاله انجام وتحليل عميق مقالات منتخب نشان داد كه بيشترين تحقيقات در زمينه مسئوليت اجتماعي در حوزه سلامت مربوط به سال 2017 ميلادي است و كشورهاي آمريكا، انگلستان و استراليا به ترتيب بالاترين تعداد تحقيقات و ارتباط بين نويسندگان را از آن خود كرده اند. نتيجه گيري: توجه به پركارترين و كم كارترين كشورها و محققان از طريق علم سنجي مي تواند فرصت ها و ضعف هاي تحقيقاتي در زمينه مسئوليت اجتماعي در حوزه سلامت را آشكار ساخته و افق پيش روي محققين ايراني را جهت درخشش نتايج تحقيقات آنها در سطح بين المللي روشن نمايد.

Introduction: The traditional health charter, with more emphasis on productivity, has been replaced with a charter that puts environmental and social issues on the agenda of managers in this field. In order to succeed, managers of organizations active in health industry should consider not only the internal environment, but also the social and environmental issues at the heart of all decisions and actions. Scientometrics is a valid tool for evaluating information materials and resources, identifying research areas, and drawing connections between them in a thematic map. Application of this technique to gain a comprehensive insight in the field of social responsibility research in the health area is a new endeavor that provides researchers with a comprehensive understanding about a wide range of published articles and research. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the international scientific products and map them on social responsibility in the field of health. Methods: This descriptive study followed an interpretive paradigm and was conducted through a systematic review using search terms defined in the Web of Science database. All in-depth research published in the area of social responsibility in the healthcare industry were investigated. Some of these articles were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the information needed to fulfill their research goals were scientifically explored using VOS viewer software version 1.6.11, a software in the field of Scientometrics. Results: After searching, screening, and evaluating studies qualitatively, a final analysis of five papers and an in-depth analysis of the selected articles showed that the majority of research was conducted on social responsibility in the field of health in 2017. In this field, the highest number of research and communication among authors were conducted in the US, UK, and Australia, respectively. Conclusion: Focusing on the most prolific and least productive countries through Scientometrics can reveal research opportunities and weaknesses of this field. It also can illuminate the horizon for Iranian researchers to conduct novel studies.
