چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ-19 ﭘﻨﻮﻣﻮﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در اواﺧﺮ دﺳﺎﻣﺒﺮ 2019 در ﺷﻬﺮ وﻫﺎن ﭼﯿﻦ دﯾﺪه ﺷﺪ و ﺧﯿﻠﯽ زود ﮐﻞ دﻧﯿﺎ را ﻓﺮاﮔﺮﻓﺖ. در ﭘﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري در اﯾﺮان اﻓﺮاد زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺟﺪﯾﺪي را در ﻗﺮﻧﻄﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﺮاي در اﻣﺎن ﺑﻮدن از ﺑﯿﻤﺎري آﻏﺎز ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. زﻧﺪﮔﯽ در ﻗﺮﻧﻄﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي روان ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻫﻤﺮاه اﺳﺖ و اﺟﺮاي آن ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ، ﻧﻈﺎرت و ﺗﺒﻌﯿﺖ از ﮐﺎدر درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﭘﺪﯾﺪارﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﺠﺎرب روان ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن در ﻗﺮﻧﻄﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺷﯿﻮع وﯾﺮوس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روشﻫﺎ: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﭘﺪﯾﺪارﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮي ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و در ﺗﻬﺮان و در ﺳﺎل 1399 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻠﺎﻋﺎت از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ در ﻗﺮﻧﻄﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﯽ را ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ 15 ﺑﻪ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي رﺳﯿﺪ. ﺗﻤﺎم داده ﻫﺎ ﺿﺒﻂ و دﺳﺖ ﻧﻮﯾﺲ و ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﭘﺪﯾﺪارﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ون ﻣﻨﻦ" ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: از آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ داده ﻫﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﻣﻀﻤﻮن اﺻﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ؛ رﺷﺪ اﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎت ﻣﻨﻔﯽ، ﺳﺮدرﮔﻤﯽ و ﺑﺪﺑﯿﻨﯽ"، رﺷﺪ وﺳﻮاس ﻫﺎي ﻓﮑﺮي ﻋﻤﻠﯽ ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن ﺑﺪن و ﺷﺴﺘﺸﻮ"، دﻏﺪﻏﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻓﮑﺮي ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن ﺑﻪ ﺧﻄﺮ اﻓﺘﺎدن ﺳﻠﺎﻣﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده"، دﻏﺪﻏﻪ ﻫﺎي اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺗﺮس از ﻓﺮداي ﺧﻠﺎﺻﯽ ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ" ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯿﺎت داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ در ﻗﺮﻧﻄﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺷﯿﻮع وﯾﺮوس ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻨﺤﺼﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮد ﺑﻮد. ﻟﺬا درك ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪﮔﯽﻫﺎ، ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﺑﺎورﻫﺎ و ﻧﮕﺮش ﻫﺎي آﻧﻬﺎ ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن زﻧﺪﮔﯽ در ﻗﺮﻧﻄﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﯽ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ درك و آﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ از ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎي روان ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ در ﻗﺮﻧﻄﯿﻨﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﮕﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﺪن در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿﺮان اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ، ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺘﻬﺎي درﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ روان ﻗﺮار دهد
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: The Covid-2019 is a pneumonia that onset on December 31, 2019 in Wuhan, China, and then swept the world. Following the disease in Iran, people began a new life in quarantine to be safe. Quarantine life is accompanied by psychological, social and economic consequences, and its implementation requires the support, supervision and adherence of the country's medical staff. This phenomenological study was conducted to analyze college students' psychological experiences in home quarantine. Methods: This is qualitative research with an interpretive phenomenological approach. Purposeful sampling was done in Tehran, Iran in 2020. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Participants in this study were postgraduate students with a natural experience of living in quarantine. Research data reached a theoretical saturation with 15 interviews. All data were recorded and handwritten and analyzed using the "Van Manen Phenomenology" approach. Results: Data analysis included four main themes, "developing negative emotions, confusion and pessimism", "developing obsessive-compulsive behavior about body and washing", "concerns about family health", "economic and social concerns, fear of tomorrow getting rid of the virus”. Conclusion: The students' experiences of living in quarantine were very unique. Understanding the complexities of their experiences, beliefs, and attitudes about living in quarantine can provide comprehensive plans for decision-makers, health care professionals, and mental health professionals.
