چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺳﯿﺘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﺎت ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ورزﺷﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯽﻫﻮازي را ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﯽﺑﺨﺸﺪ ﻣﻄﺮح اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﻣﺪت ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺳﯿﺘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﺎت ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻟﺎﮐﺘﺎت، LDH و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ. روشﻫﺎ: در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 16 ﻣﺮد ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﻨﯽ 26/4±4/7 ﺳﺎل، درﺻﺪ ﭼﺮﺑﯽ 15/4±6/7 و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﻮده ﺑﺪﻧﯽ 23/7±2/8 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺮوﺗﮑﻞ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﻃﻊ در 3 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺑﺪن ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺣﺮﮐﺎت ﻫﺎك اﺳﮑﻮات، ﺟﻠﻮ ران ﻣﺎﺷﯿﻦ، ﭘﺮس ﺳﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎﻟﺘﺮ و ﺳﯿﻢ ﮐﺶ زﯾﺮﺑﻐﻞ از ﺟﻠﻮ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﺑﺘﺪاي ﻫﺮ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ، اﺑﺘﺪا ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺧﻮﻧﯽ از آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽﻫﺎ در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺣﺖ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺷﺮوع ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ در ﻫﻔﺘﻪ اول، آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽﻫﺎ 6 ﮔﺮم ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺳﯿﺘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﺎت + 250 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ آب، ﻫﻔﺘﻪ دوم داروﻧﻤﺎ ﺣﺎوي 5 ﮔﺮم دﮐﺴﺘﺮوز + 250 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ آب و ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺳﻮم 8 ﮔﺮم ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺳﯿﺘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﺎت در 250 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ آب ﻣﺼﺮف ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ. از ﻫﺮ آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺧﻮﻧﯽ در ﻓﻮاﺻﻞ 1 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ، ﺑﻠﺎﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ و 30 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎي LDH و ﻟﺎﮐﺘﺎت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﻫﺮ ﺳﺖ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﯿﺰان درك ﻓﺸﺎر ﺑﺮاي ﻫﻤﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ورزﺷﯽ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: اﺧﺘﻠﺎف ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻟﺎﮐﺘﺎت ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﻠﺴﺎت ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ دوزﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﯿﺘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﺎت وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد )0/05>P(. وﻟﯽ در ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ LDH اﺧﺘﻠﺎف ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد دارد )0/05P(. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ ﺳﯿﺘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﻟﺎت در ﭘﯽ ﯾﮏ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺷﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ LDH را ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﮐﻮﻓﺘﮕﯽ ﻋﻀﻠﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺷﻮد، اﻣﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد RPE ﭘﺲ از ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﻧﻤﯽﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Citrulline Malate (CM) has proposed as a supplement which improves anaerobic performance. The purpose of this study was to assess the short-term effect of CM on LDH and Lactate levels and resistance exercise performance. Method: In a crossover study, 16 males (mean Age: 26.4±4.7 years, BFP: 15.4±6.7 %, and BMI: 23.7±2.8 kg.m2) selected as subjects. The subjects were attended 3 resistance exercise sessions in a full body protocol consisting of Hack Squat, Leg Extension, Barbell press and Lat Pull down respectively. An hour Before the beginning of exercise, the subjects consumed 6g CM+250ml water in the first week, placebo consisting of 5g Dextrose+250ml water in the second week, and 8g CM+250 ml water in the last week. Blood Samples were taken from each subject 1 hour before, immediately, and 30min after exercise to measure LDH and Lactate levels. Immediately after each set, rate of perceived exertion (RPE) for all exercises were recorded. Results: There are no significant changes in Lactate levels between resistance exercise sessions (P>0.05), but there is significant difference in LDH levels (P<0.05). Moreover, no significant change seen in RPE between sessions (P>0.05). Conclusion: It seems that consuming CM following an intense resistance exercise session may reduce LDH levels but it does not improve RPE after exercise.
