Investigating and analyzing the NAJA's capacities in realizing the second step

زمينه و هدف: نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان بخشي از حاكميت، مسئول حفظ امنيت، آسايش و آرامش عمومي مردم جامعه است. اين نهاد به عنوان مجري قواعد و برقرار كننده ي نظم و امنيت اجتماعي بوده و پيوسته در ارتباط و تعامل با مردم است.تعامل بين نيروهاي پليس و افراد جامعه نياز به اعتماد متقابل را دو چندان مي سازد.گستردگي دامنه مسووليت ها و چالش هاي فراوان پيش روي پليس از يك طرف و وظيفه سنگين برقراري امنيت اجتماعي از طرف ديگر، ضرورت پليس مقتدر و در عين حال مردمي را بيش از پيش نمايان مي كند. روش تحقيق: اين پژوهش از نظر روش شناسي از نوع توصيفي- و روش نجمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق فيش برداري اطلاعات كتابخانه ها ، كتب و سايتهاي علمي تخصصي و فصلنامه هاي متناسب با موضوع مي باشد. نتايج و يافته‌هاي تحقيق: اگرچه تحقيقات خوبي در زمينه توانمندي ها و ظرفيت هاي ناجا در تحقق جامعه اسلامي انجام شده، ولي موارد كه بتوان آنها را با نياز مديريتي و ماموريتي پليس ايران تطبيق داد بسيار اندك است و لازم است عواملي همچون ديدگاه هاي ديني، و ويژگي هاي بومي و جنبه هاي معنوي و ضابطه مداري سازمان پليسي در آن ها دخالت داده شود و چارچوب مناسب براي اين امر فراهم گردد. به علاوه، آنچه ضرورت پژوهش حاضر را بيشتر مي كند، انتظارات مقام معظم رهبري از ناجا براي افزايش قابليت ها و تواندايي هاي مديران و فرماندهان اين نيرو است.

Background and Objective: The law enforcement force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as part of the government, is responsible for maintaining the security, comfort and general peace of the people of the society. As an executor of rules and establishing social order and security, this institution is constantly in contact and interaction with the people. Interaction between the police and members of the community doubles the need for mutual trust. Expanding the scope of many responsibilities and challenges In the face of the police on the one hand, and the heavy task of establishing social security on the other, the need for a strong and at the same time policing people is becoming more and more apparent.
Research Method: This research is descriptive-methodological in terms of methodology - and the method of not collecting information through library information filing, specialized scientific books and sites and quarterly journals appropriate to the subject.
Results and findings of the research: Although good research has been done on the capabilities and capacities of the NAJA in the realization of the Islamic society, but the cases that can be adapted to the management and mission needs of the Iranian police are very few and need factors such as religious views. an‎d the indigenous characteristics and spiritual aspects and orientation of the police organization should be involved in them and a suitable framework should be provided for this.
