چكيده فارسي :
كانون اصلاح و تربيت يكي از ضمانت اجراهاي ويژه‌ي اطفال و نوجوانان است كه از سال 1339 به متون قانوني كشور ما راه‌يافته است. اين ضمانت اجرا مكرراً مورد استفاده‌ي محاكم قرار ميگيرد بدون اينكه عملكرد آن، مورد ارزيابي قرار بگيرد. آنچه در پژوهش حاضر مورد بررسي قرار ميگيرد از يك‌سو اين است كه نگهداري اطفال و نوجوانان در كانون‌هاي اصلاح و تربيت، ماهيتاً با مجازات هماهنگي دارد يا با اقدامات تأميني و تربيتي؟ به عبارت بهتر نگهداري در كانون اصلاح و تربيت، مجازات است يا اقدامي تأميني و تربيتي؟
چكيده لاتين :
The Center for Corrections and Education is one of the guarantees of special performances for children and adolescents that has been introduced into our country's legal texts since 1883. This enforcement guarantee is frequently used by courts without its performance being evaluated. What is being investigated in this study is, on the one hand,
that the maintenance of children and adolescents in correction centers
is inherently coordinated with punishment or with security measures?
In other words, is it better to be kept in the correctional center, is it a punishment, or is it a security measure?
