چكيده فارسي :
باورها و اعتقادات ديني، محور اصليِ فرهنگ شيردهي در ميان مسلمانان محسوب ميشود. در اين راستا الگوبرداري از آرمانهاي ديني اسلام ميتواند نقش اساسي در شكل دادن به روشهاي بالقوهاي كه در ارتباط با شيوههاي تقويت نوزادان، دوران بارداري، درمان نوزادان و همچنين كاهش سوءاستفاده و يا جلوگيري از ايجاد فرهنگ غلط، ايفا كند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي مباني و ريشههاي درك ديني، اخلاقي و معنوي مسلمانان (فارغ از اختلافات جزئي و حاشيهاي مذاهب مختلف آن) از مسئله تغذيه نوزادان در قامت يكي از حقوق اساسي خواهد پرداخت و در اين راستا ديدگاههاي خاص حقوق و اخلاق اسلامي را مورد بحث و بررسي قرار خواهد داد. در اين پژوهش مشاهده خواهد شد كه از يكسو در جوامع اسلامي رابطه بسيار نزديكي ميان مسئله تغذيه نوزادان با نظام ارزشهاي اعتقادي وجود دارد و اين مسئله نقش مهمي در ارتقاء آموزش بهداشت و افزايش ميزان كيفيت و كميت شيردهي، ايفا ميكند؛ و از سوي ديگر يك گفتمان ديني اسلامي چگونه ميتواند حق بر تغذيه با شير مادر را در قامت يك حق اساسي مورد شناسايي قرار دهد.

Religious beliefs are the main focus of the culture of breastfeeding among Muslims. In this regard, following
the religious ideals of Islam can play a key role in shaping the potential methods that are associated with
infant strengthening methods, pregnancy, neonatal treatment, as well as reducing abuse or preventing the
creation of false culture. The present study will examine the basics and roots of Muslims' religious, moral
and spiritual understanding (apart from minor and marginal differences between its various religions) on the
issue of infant nutrition as one of the fundamental rights and in this regard specific views of Islamic law and
ethics will be discussed. In this study, it will be observed that on the one hand, in Islamic societies, there is a
very close relationship between infant nutrition and the belief system, and this plays an important role in
promoting health education and increasing the quality and quantity of breastfeeding and on the other hand,
how can an Islamic religious discourse recognize the right to breastfeeding as a fundamental right.
