واكاوي شاخص‌ها، ويژگي‌ها و بايسته‌هاي جوانان تمدن‌ساز در تراز نظام انقلابي در انديشه مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي)

Analysis of Indicators, Characteristics and Necessities of Civilization-Building Youth in the Level of the Revolutionary System in the Thought of the Supreme Leader

در انديشه ­ي مقام معظم رهبري، «نيروي انساني جوان و كارآمد با زيربناي ژرف و اصيل ايماني و ديني» مهم‌ترين گنجايش اميدبخش كشور براي ايجاد تمدن نوين اسلامي و آمادگي براي طلوع خورشيد ولايت عظمي (ارواحنافداه) به شمار مي‌آيد. ايجاد «تمدن نوين اسلامي» به عنوان «هدف»، «آرمان» و «خط كلي نظام اسلامي» همواره مورد پافشاري مقام معظم رهبري بوده است. مسئله­ي «نيروي انساني جوان و پويا» در تراز اين تمدن يكي از مهم‌ترين بخش‌هاي اين نظريه­ي متعالي است. چه جواناني مي‌توانند شانه­هاي خود را زير بار اين مسئوليت سنگين قرار داده و سرافرازانه از آن بيرون بيايند؟! يا به‌عبارت‌ديگر شاخص‌ها، ويژگي‌ها و بايسته‌هاي جوانان تمدن‌ساز در تراز نظام انقلابي چيست؟!ازآنجاكه گفتمان انقلاب اسلامي متأثر از انديشه‌هاي حضرت آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي بوده و انديشه‌هاي معظم له يكي از منابع اصلي و بالادستي براي روشن نمودن مسير انقلاب به شمار مي‌آيد، اين پژوهش كوشيده است كه اين شاخصه‌ها، ويژگي‌ها و الزامات را از نگاه ايشان مورد واكاوي و بررسي قرار دهد. در اين مقاله با استفاده از روش تحليل مضمون، به بررسي بيانات، سخنراني‌ها، پيام‌ها و مكتوبات معظم له در طول زعامت ايشان پرداخته شده و از اين رهگذار، شاخص‌ها و بايسته‌هايي استخراج شده است. برابر يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص­هايي چون «معنويت»، «عدالت‌خواهي»، «بصيرت»، «انقلابي­گري»، «علم»، «خودباوري»، «اثرگذاري» و «اخلاق‌مداري» در نوجوانان و جوانان اين مرز و بوم بايد نهادينه شود، تا تمدن نوين اسلامي كه برآيند انقلاب اسلامي و جبهه مبارزه با تمدن مادي است شكل بگيرد.

In the thought of the Supreme Leader, "young and efficient manpower with a deep and genuine foundation of faith and religion" is the country's most promising capacity for the creation of a new Islamic civilization and preparation for the rising of the sun of the supreme province (undead spirits). The creation of a "new Islamic civilization" as a "goal," "aspiration" and a "general line of the Islamic system" has always been insisted by the Supreme Leader. The problem of "young and dynamic human resources" at the level of this civilization is one of the most important parts of this transcendent theory. What young people can put their shoulders under the burden of this heavy responsibility and come out of it proudly?! In other words, what are the characteristics and necessities of the civilization-building youth in the balance of the revolutionary system?! Since the discourse of the Islamic Revolution is influenced by the thoughts of Ayatollah Khamenei and the thoughts of the Supreme Leader are one of the main and upstream sources for clarifying the path of the revolution, this research has tried to examine these characteristics, characteristics and requirements from his point of view. In this paper, using the method of content analysis, the statements, speeches, messages and writings of the Supreme Leader during his visit have been investigated and from this guide, indicators and necessities have been extracted. According to the findings of this research, components and indicators such as "spirituality", "justice seeking", "insight", "revolutionaryism", "science", "self-confidence", "influence" and "morality" in adolescents and young people of this land should be institutionalized so that a new Islamic civilization which is the outcome of the Islamic Revolution and the front against material civilization should be formed.
