ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ھﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﮥ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪھﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﮭﺮ اروﻣﯿﮫ اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺘﮫ اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ ھﺪف، ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﮫ ﺑﮫ ﻣﺎھﯿﺖ و ﻧﺤﻮۀ ﮔﺮدآوري داده ھﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﻲ - ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﮥ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪھﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﮭﺮ اروﻣﯿﮫ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﮫ ﺣﺠﻢ ﮐﺎﻣﻞ آن ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 750 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺮد و 25 ﻧﻔﺮ زن اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﮥ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ آﻣﺎري از راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﮫ 254 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺮد و 24 ﻧﻔﺮ زن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮫ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﮫ اي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﮐﮫ ﻃﺒﻘﺎت ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﮥ آﻣﺎري و ﺑﮫ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭘﺎﺳﺦﮔﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﮫ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﮫ-ھﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، از ﺳﮫ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﮥ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﮫ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ھﺎي آﻣﺎري از روشھﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﮐﮫ ﺑﺮاي ﻃﺒﻘﮫﺑﻨﺪي، ﺗﻠﺨﯿﺺ و ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ دادهھﺎي آﻣﺎري از روش آﻣﺎري ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺮاي آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﮫ ھﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از آزﻣﻮنھﺎي ﮐﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻒ، رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه و ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﮥ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪھﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﮭﺮ اروﻣﯿﮫ راﺑﻄﮫ وﺟﻮد دارد و ﻣﺪل از ﺑﺮازش ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ھﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﮫ ھﺎي ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ )ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي، ﻋﻔﻮ، درﺳﺘﮑﺎري و دﻟﺴﻮزي( ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺤﺮان و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﮥ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. همچنين ماتريس همبستگي بين مؤلفه هاي سرمايۀ اجتماعي )ساختاري، شناختي و ارتباطي( با مديريت بحران
نيز نشان از ارتباط بين تمامي مؤلفه هاي سرمايۀ اجتماعي با مديريت بحران دارد. در پايان ارتقاي مؤلفه هاي
شايستگي اخلاقي در كاركنان به جهت ارتقاي مديريت در
بحرانها پيشنهاد گرديد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ethical competence and crisis management with emphasis on the mediator variable of social capital among police officers in Urmia. The purpose of this research is applied and considering the nature and manner of data collection is descriptive-survey. The statistical population includes all police command staff of Urmia city with a total of 750 men and 25 women. Morgan's correlation was used to calculate the statistical sample size. 254 males and 24 females were selected using simple random stratified sampling method, which were gender classes. Three standard questions were used to collect data from the statistical sample and to answer the research hypotheses. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the statistical data. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to classify, summarize and describe statistical data. The results of factor analysis showed that there is a relationship between ethical competence and crisis management with emphasis on the mediator variable of social capital among the police command staff in Orumiyeh and the model has a good fit. On the other hand, the correlation matrix results showed a significant relationship between the components of moral competence (responsibility, forgiveness, integrity and compassion) with crisis management and social capital. Also, the correlation matrix between social capital components (structural, cognitive, and communication) with crisis management also shows the relationship between all components of social capital with crisis management. Finally, promotion of ethical competency components in staff was suggested to promote crisis management.
