چكيده فارسي :
تبديل داده به اطلاعات، دانش، و سپس بينش از دشوارترين فرآيندها در علم، به ويژه علوم زيستي است. در نظر گرفتن چنين دشواري در ميانه ظهور و شيوع بيماري تازه بيش از پيش اهميت مي‌يابد چراكه بي‌توجه به تمايز ميان اين اقسام معرفتي به درك و دريافتي ناقص و شايد حتي كژ از علل و راه‌هاي مقابله با همه‌گيري پيش رو منتهي شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Converting data into information, knowledge, and then wisdom is the most onerous part of science, especially biological sciences. More attention must be paid to the difficulty inherent in this process amid the emergence and the spread of a novel virus, since neglecting the distinction between these epistemic categories can lead to incomplete and even incorrect identification of the causes and the remedies of the current pandemic.
