ترديدي نيست كه وقوع بزهكاري نوجوانان در جوامع امروزي به علل و عوامل متعدد و با سهمي متفاوت رو به فزوني نهاده و به همين دليل ترس و دلهره مجريان قانون و افراد جامعه به خصوص والدين از قرباني شدن نوجوانان نيز به موازات آن افزايش يافته است. بر همين اساس، توجه خاص به مقوله بزهكاري نوجوانان در نظام هاي حقوقي مختلف از جمله قانون مجازات اسلامي مصوب سال 1392 صورت گرفته است. اين توجه بدين دليل است كه مديريت ضعيف والدين در پرورش نوجوانان و كنترل رفتارها آنها يكي از تاثيرگذارترين عواملي است كه سهم زيادي در بروز بزهكاري نوجوانان ايفا مي كند. طبق ديدگاه جرم شناسان و جامعه شناسان، مديريت والدين به احساس و درك آنها از زندگي براي جهت دهي به رفتار فرزندان خود و فراهم كردن شرايط مناسب زندگي براي رشد آنان، اشاره داشته و با اهداف، انتظارات و دغدغه هاي والدين نيز مرتبط مي باشد. بر اين اساس، چارچوب نظري پژوهش فرارو با توجه به اين نظريات تنظيم شده و نشان داده شده كه هر گونه غفلت از سوي والدين در زمينه مديريت فرزندان، زمينه ساز بروز بزهكاري و انحراف آنان مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي است كه به صورت ميداني و با روش پيمايشي انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه دختران نوجوان شهر تهران تشكيل مي دهند كه از اين تعداد، 432 نفر از طريق فرمول كوكران و به شيوه خوشه اي چند مرحله اي به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسي انتخاب شد و داده هاي حاصله با استفاده از آزمون هاي تعبيه شده در نرم افزار spss تجزيه و تحليل شده است. نتايج حاكي از معني دار بودن رابطه مثبت بين مديريت والدين با بزهكاري دختران نوجوان مي باشد كه يافته ­هاي حاصل از آزمون فرضيات پژوهش حاضر نيز اين موضوع را تاييد نموده ­اند. البته، بر حسب وضعيت درآمد خانواده، پايگاه اجتماعي والدين، نابساماني خانواده، پايبندي والدين به مسائل مذهبي و نحوه تعليم و تربيت فرزندان، اين رابطه ملموس تر است.

The purpose of the present study is to conduct a field survey using a survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all adolescent girls in Tehran, out of which 432 were selected using Cochran formula and multistage cluster sampling method. The spss software is analyzed. The results indicate the significant relationship between parental management and adolescent girls' delinquency, which is confirmed by the findings of the present research hypothesis. Of course, this relationship is more tangible in terms of family income, parental social status, family dysfunction, parental religious affiliation, and child rearing.
