كاربرد فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و ارتباط آن با بهره وري سيستم آموزشي

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي رابطه استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با بهره‌وري سيستم آموزشي بوده است؛ اين پژوهش توصيفي، از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري تعدادي از كاركنان نيروي انتظامي شهر گرگان به تعداد 130 نفر ‌در سال 1397 و نمونه انتخابي بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي 93 نفر بوده است. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد مديريت دانش و فناوري اطلاعات مقيمي(1390‌) و پرسشنامه استاندارد بهره‌وري نيروي انساني پل هرسي و گلداسميت(1980) بوده و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 89% به دست آمده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ، ابتدا آمار توصيفي و سپس براي پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش با استفاده از روش‌هاي A.N.P و Q.F.D از آزمون‌هاي‌ آماري تك متغيره، نكويي برازش وكاي اسكوير و نيز از روش گسترش عملكرد كيفيت (كيو.اف.دي.) كه شامل مراحل 1)تعيين اولويت الزامات فني با استفاده از تكنيك كيو.اف.دي.2) شناسايي نيازمندي‌‌هاي آموزش 3) تعيين الزامات فني 4) تعيين وزن نيازمندي‌هاي كاركنان 5) تكميل ماتريس ارتباطات بوده است، استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با بهره‌وري رابطه معناداري وجود دارد و نشان داد كه كاربرد فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات به ميزان -زيادي در بهره‌وري سيستم آموزشي مؤثر است و هر چقدر به لحاظ علمي و حرفه‌اي در سازمان، از تكنولوژي جديدتر فناوري اطلاعات استفاده گردد، در سيستم‌هاي آموزشي بهره‌وري بيشتري به دست مي‌آيد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the use of information and communication technology and the productivity of the educational system. This descriptive study is a correlation type. The statistical population of a number of students of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran Center was 130 people in the period of 1969-97 and a sample was selected based on Krjusi and Morgan tables by random sampling method. The data gathering tool was KM standard questionnaire (1390) and Personnel productivity standard questionnaire Paul Hersey and Goldsmith (1980) and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (89%). To analyze the data, using SPSS software, descriptive statistics and then ANP and QFD methods were used to answer the research questions using one-variable statistical tests, nullification, and Skyrir fitting as well as the method of spreading function Quality (PCF), which includes the steps 1) determining the priority of technical requirements using the CF.D. technique; 2) identifying the training requirements; 3) determining the technical requirements; 4) determining the student's requirements; 5) completing the communication matrix; Is used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between ICT and productivity, and showed that the use of information and communication technology (ICT) has a significant impact on the efficiency of the educational system, and the more scientific and professional in teaching, the technology The newer one is information technology, it becomes more productive in educational systems.
