The Impact of Professional Ethics on the Performance of Police Command Staff in Qom Province

در موقعيت امروز كه سازمان‌هاي جامعه ما با شتاب در پي يافتن راه‌هاي تاز‌ه‌اي براي بالا بردن هرچه بيشتر عملكرد خود هستند، رعايت اخلاق حرفه‌اي براي آن‌ها ضرورت دارد. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي اثرات اخلاق حرفه‌اي بر عملكرد كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان قم مي‌باشد، پژوهش حاضر كاربردي و توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق جامعه آماري شامل كليه كارمندان نيروي انتظامي ف.ا.ا قم مي‌باشد. كه تعداد كل آن‌ها 914 نفر مي‌باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران270 نفر مي‌باشد. بدين منظور ابتدا با مرور ادبيات و پيشينه تحقيق پرسشنامه‌اي مشتمل بر 42 سؤال و 5 بعد بر اساس طيف پنج گانه ليكرت طراحي‌شد. براي آزمون مدل از نرم‌افزارهاي spss استفاده شد. در اين تحقيق به منظور تحليل اطلاعات از دو دسته آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و آزمون‌هاي رگرسيون كه از طريق پرسشنامه استخراج گرديد استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد ابعاد اخلاق حرفه‌اي (انضباط كاري، مسئوليت پذيري، رعايت انصاف و عدالت، وفاداري و برتري جويي و رقابت طلبي) به معناي شناخت درست از نادرست در محيط كار و انجام درست و ترك نادرست و يا به تعبيري، نوعي تعهد اخلاقي و وجدان كاري نسبت به هر نوع كار، وظيفه و مسئوليت، مي‌تواند بر تك تك مؤلفه‌هاي عملكرد كاركنان نقشي مثبت و مؤثر داشته باشد. اخلاق در سازمان و به كارگيري اصول اخلاقي به دليل فراهم آوردن جو مناسب براي انجام وظايف شغلي مي‌تواند از اهميت زيادي برخوردار باشد.

In today's situation when organizations in our society are in a hurry to find new ways to improve their performance, professional ethics is essential. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of professional ethics on the performance of police command staff in Qom province. The present study is an applied and descriptive survey. Statistical Population The statistical population of this study includes all police officers of the FA of Qom. The total number is 914. The sample size is 270 using Cochran formula. For this purpose, a literature review and a research questionnaire consisting of 42 questions and 5 dimensions based on the Likert scale were designed. Spss software was used to test the model. In this study, two groups of descriptive and inferential statistics and regression tests were used for data analysis. The results showed that the dimensions of professional ethics (work discipline, responsibility, respect for justice and loyalty, seeking superiority and competitiveness) mean being misunderstood in the workplace and doing wrong and leaving the wrong place or, in a sense, a kind of moral commitment. an‎d working conscience towards any type of work, duty and responsibility can have a positive and effective impact on each and every component of employee performance. Ethics in the organization and application of ethical principles to provide the right atmosphere for doing the job can be very important.
