بازنمايي هويت قومي مخاطبان ترك ‌زبان در برنامه‌هاي شبكه استاني سهند

Representing Ethnic Identity of Turkish Speakers in Sahand Provincial Network Programs (With an emphasis on understanding its consequences in the context of social order)

شبكه‌هاي استاني به‌عنوان پيله حفاظتي در راستاي تقويت فرهنگ بومي و محلي و افزايش احساس امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه نقشي بسيار ارزنده‌اي ايفا مي‌نمايند؛ به‌طوري كه حفاظت از ادبيات، تاريخ، زبان، غناي فرهنگ بومي استان‌ها و ارائه تصويري واقع‌بينانه از آن به نسل جوان، از جمله وظايف اساسي شبكه‌هاي استاني هستند كه مي‌توانند نقش مهمي در افزايش پايبندي به نظم اجتماعي داشته باشند. در اين راستا، پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از روش تركيبي به مطالعه عملكرد برنامه‌هاي شبكه استاني سهند در خصوص هويت قومي مخاطبان ترك‌ زبان در شهر تبريز پرداخته است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه بين ميزان استفاده از برنامه‌هاي شبكه استاني سهند و واقعي تلقي كردن محتواي برنامه‌هاي اين شبكه با هويت قومي مخاطبان رابطه معناداري وجود ندارد. اما بين انگيزه و هدف مخاطبان در استفاده از برنامه‌هاي شبكه استاني سهند با هويت قومي مخاطبان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين از نظر پاسخگويان، اكثر برنامه‌هاي شبكه سهند كمتر به فرهنگ، زبان و آداب و رسوم ترك­ها توجه مي­كنند و از نظر آنها توجه به مضامين فرهنگي، زبان و آداب و رسوم ترك‌ها در اين برنامه‌ها بيش از پيش ضروري است. علاوه بر اين، از نظر پاسخگويان، برنامه‌هاي شبكه سهند در جهت معرفي موسيقي و زبان تركي، ادبيات، فرهنگ و تاريخ قوميت ترك موفقيت چشمگيري نداشته‌اند و اين عوامل در ارتباط با عواملي چون شاد و متنوع نبودن برنامه‌هاي اين شبكه و عدم تناسب اين برنامه‌ها با نياز‌هاي مخاطبان، باعث رويگرداني مخاطبان از برنامه‌هاي شبكه استاني سهند و گرايش آنها به سمت برنامه‌هاي شبكه‌هاي ماهواره‌اي ترك‌زبان شده‌اند.

Provincial networks play a valuable role as a protective frameworkin fostering indigenous and local culture and enhancing a sense of social security in the community so that preserving the provincial literature, history, language, rich localculture and presenting a realimage to the younger generation are the basic tasks of provincial networks that can play an important role in enhancing adherence to social order. In this regard, the present study, using a mixed method, studies the role of Sahand Provincial Network programs on the ethnic identity of Turkish-speaking audiences in Tabriz. The findings indicate that there is no significant relationship between the use of Sahand Provincial Network Programs and the actual content of their programs with the ethnic identity of the audience, while there is a significant relationship between audience motivation and intention to use Sahand provincial network programs with the ethnic identity of the audience. Also, according to therespondents, it was found that most Sahand network programs pay less attention to Turkish culture, language, and customs, while they think thatconsidering the Turkish cultural, language, and customs more important than ever.In addition, according to the respondents, Sahand network programs did not have significant success in introducing Turkish music, language, literature, culture and ethnic history, due to factors such as the lack of funny and variable programs and the incompatibility of these programs with audience needs.This has driven the audiences away from the Sahand provincial network programs and pushed them towards Turkish satellite networking programs.
