بررسي رابطه سطح تحصيلات با رضايت مراجعين به مراكز مشاوره ناجا

Relationship between the level of education and the satisfaction of clients with POLICE counseling centers

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطه سطح تحصيلات با رضايت مراجعين به مراكز مشاوره ناجا به انجام رسيده است. روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر پيمايشي و توصيفي است و براي بررسي روابط بين متغيرهاي پژوهش، به محاسبه ضرايب همبستگي پرداخته است. به همين منظور 600 نفر از مراجعين خود معرف مراكز مشاوره و مددكاري تبريز به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه­هاي اطلاعات دمگرافيك و پرسشنامه كيفيت خدمات سروكوال را تكميل كردند. داده­هاي به دست آمده با استفاده از تحليل واريانس چندمتغيره و آزمون تعقيبي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج تحليل واريانس چند متغيره نيز نشان داد كه رابطه سطوح تحصيلات با ابعاد رضايت مراجعان از خدمات مراكز مشاوره معني­دار است و مراجعيني كه سطح تحصيلات پاييني دارند، رضايت كمتري نسبت به مراجعين با سطح تحصيلات بالا دارند. نتايج پژوهش مي­تواند در راستاي كيفيت بخشي به فرايند مشاوره، توسط مشاوران مراكز مشاوره ناجا مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of education and the satisfaction of the clients in NAJA counseling centers. The research method is survey and descriptive and has been used to calculate the correlation coefficients for investigating the relationships between the variables of the research. For this purpose, 600 people from Tabriz counseling and counseling centers were selected as samples and completed the demographic information questionnaire and SERVQUAL QUALITY SERVICE QUALITY QUESTIONNAIRE. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance and post hoc test. The results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that the relationship between levels of education and clients satisfaction with counseling services is significant, and those with low level of education have lower satisfaction than those with high educational level. The results of the research can be used by the consultants of POLICE counseling centers in order to improve the quality of the counseling process.
