مطالعه ي نقش دينداري و سرمايه ي اجتماعي سازماني در تعالي رفتاري كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان آذربايجان شرقي

The Study of Religious Role and Organizational Social Capital in Behavioral Excellence of East Azarbaijan Police Command Staff

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، بررسي نقش دينداري و سرمايه ­ي اجتماعي سازماني در تعالي رفتاري كاركنان فرمانده ي انتظامي استان آذربايجان شرقي مي­باشد. جامعه‌ي آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل كليه‌ي كاركنان فرمانده ي انتظامي استان آذربايجان شرقي بوده كه بر اساس فرمول كوكران و به شيوه‌ي نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه ­اي، 378 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. روش تحقيق پيمايشي و تكنيك جمع ­آوري داده ­ها پرسشنامه بوده است. داده ­هاي پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از نرم افزار spss19 تحليل شده است. يافته­ هاي توصيفي تحقيق نشان داد كه ميزان تعالي رفتاري در بين كاركنان انتظامي استان آذربايجان شرقي در حد متوسط به بالا(36/69) بوده است. نتايج تحليل رگرسيوني به روش گام به گام نشان داد كه متغيرهاي وارد شده در مدل (دينداري، مشاركت سازماني، اعتماد بين شخصي و اعتماد نهادي) 44 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته را تبيين مي­كند. با مقايسه­ ي ضرايب بتاها مي­توان گفت كه سازه­ ي مشاركت سازماني(34/0) در مقايسه با ساير متغيرهاي وارد شده در مدل بيشترين تاثير و متغير اعتماد نهادي (17/0) كمترين تاثير را بر مسئله­ ي تحقيق (تعالي رفتاري) داشته است.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of religiosity and organizational social capital in behavioral excellence of East Azarbaijan police command staff. The statistical population of the present study includes all police officers of East Azarbaijan province who were selected based on Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method. The research method is survey and the data collection technique has been questionnaire. The data of the present study were analyzed using spss19 software. The descriptive findings of the study showed that the level of behavioral excellence among Behavioral excellence among East Azarbaijan police command staff was higher than the average. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the variables entered in the model explain 44% of the dependent variable changes. By comparing the beta coefficients it can be said that the organizational participation structure (0.34) had the most impact compared to other variables entered in the model and the institutional trust variable (0.17) had the least impact on the research problem.
