تبيين جامعه شناختي نقش و كاركرد پدافند غيرعامل در حوزه شايعه سازي هاي فضاي مجازي (مورد مطالعه : استان آذربايجان شرقي)

به موازات ظهور اينترنت و گسترش سريع آن در كشورما ، شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي فضاي مجازي به جهت برخورداري از ويژگي‌ها و ابزارهاي جذاب و مورد قبول جامعه، در كمترين زمان ممكن در بين مردم جا گرفته و به نوعي در سبك زندگي مردم و تغيير ديدگاه‌ها و باورها و هنجارهاي جامعه، تأثيرگذار بوده است. اين شبكه ها در كنار فرصت ها ، تهديداتي در دو حوزه سخت و نرم پديد آورده اند كه بايستي با مجموعه‌اي از سياست‌ها و اقدامات غيرنظامي به مقابله با آنها پرداخت . يكي از آنهاشايعات فضاي مجازي مي باشد كه به سبب جامعه مورد بررسي آن حائز اهميت مي باشد. امروزه شايعات در فضاي مجازي در قالب جنگ نرم دشمن متوجه افراد، جامعه، نظام سياسي و حكومت است . شايعه سازي هاي فضاي مجازي به جهت برخورداري از مؤلفه‌هاي جذب مخاطبين به عنوان يكي از ابزارهاي تأثيرگذار جنگ مبدل گشته و سعي دارد با بهره‌گيري از اين مؤلفه‌ها من جمله اقناء‌سازي ، تغيير افكار و نگرش‌ها و اهداف شوم دشمنان را در كشورها اجرايي نماييد. به اين منظور ، و به جهت اهميت موضوع در استان آذربايجان شرقي ، به مركزيت كلانشهر تبريز، تحقيق حاضر با هدف تببين جامعه شناختي نقش پدافند سايبري در كاهش شايعات فضاي مجازي در استان آذربايجان شرقي، به دنبال پاسخ به اين سئوال است كه نقش و كاركرد پدافند غيرعامل در مقابله با شايعات منحرف كننده فضاي مجازي به چه ميزان مي‌باشد؟

Along with the emergence of the Internet and its rapid expansion in our country, social networks have become as accessible and attractive as possible to the community in terms of features and tools that are as accessible as possible to people's lifestyles, changing their views and beliefs. Community norms have been influential. Alongside opportunities, these networks have created threats in two hard and soft areas that need to be tackled by a set of civilian policies and actions. One of these is cyberspace rumors that are important because of the community under study. Nowadays, rumors in cyberspace in the form of soft war are the enemy of individuals, society, political system and government. The rumors of cyberspace have become one of the most effective tools of war in order to enjoy the elements of attracting audiences and try to use these elements to persuade, change the thoughts and attitudes of the enemies in the countries. To this end, and because of the importance of the topic in East Azerbaijan Province, to the Tabriz Metropolitan Center, the present study seeks to address the sociological role of cyber defense in reducing cyberbullying rumors in East Azerbaijan Province. What is the passive defense against cyber distracting rumors?
