ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.
روش ﮐﺎر: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﻧﯿﻤﻪآزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶآزﻣﻮن-ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرﻣﻨﺪان ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﭘﺎرسآرا، 30 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ )15 ﻧﻔﺮ( و ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل )15 ﻧﻔﺮ( ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻫﺮﺷﻔﯿﻠﺪ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران)1977( و ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ واﮐﺮ و ﺗﺎﻣﭙﺴﻮن)1983( ﺑﻮد.آﻣﻮزش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺮﮔﺰار ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ وﻟﯽ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻫﯿﭻ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﮑﺮد. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ دادهﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺟﻤﻊآوري و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﮐﻮارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ.
ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن از ﮐﺎﻫﺶ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺻﻤﯿﻤﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ داﺷﺖ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺧﺘﻼف دو ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل در واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﻮد )0/001 ≤ p(.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: آﻣﻮزش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯿﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ ﮐﺎرﻣﻨﺪان ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد واﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺻﻤﯿﻤﺖ زﻧﺎﺷﻮﯾﯽ از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺖ
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of interactive behavior analysis training on Dependency and marital intimacy.
Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. Of the married employees of Pars Ara Company, 30 individuals were selected randomly and were randomly divided into two experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. Research questionnaires included Hirschfield et al.'s (1977) dependency and Walker and Thompson's (1983) marital intimacy. Interaction analysis training was given to the experimental group for 8 sessions but the control group received no training. The research data were collected and analyzed using covariance.
Results: The results of descriptive statistics showed a decrease in dependence and increased marital intimacy in the experimental group and analysis of covariance showed that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in Dependency and marital intimacy (p≤0.001).
Conclusion: Interaction analysis training leads to decreasing dependency and increasing the marital intimacy of the effective married staff, so interactive behavior analysis can be used to improve Dependency and marital intimacy.
