تاثير گروه‌هاي نوبنيادگرا بر امنيت مرز‌هاي شرقي ايران؛ ريشه‌ها و پيامدها

The Impact of Neo-Fundamentalism Groups on the Security of the Eastern Borders of Iran; Merits and Consequences

پديده نوبنيادگرايي و خشونت منتج­شده از آن يكي از مسائل مهم در حوزه روابط بين­ الملل كنوني است كه در يكي دو دهه اخير در خاورميانه رشد چشم­گيري داشته است. از جمله كشورهاي درگير با اين مساله افغانستان و پاكستان مي­باشند. يكي از جلوه­ هاي نوبنيادگرايي در اين كشورها شكل­ گيري گروه ­هايي چون طالبان و القاعده و درحال حاضر داعش است كه به لحاظ ريشه، ايدئولوژي و جهت­ گيري شباهت­ هايي با يكديگر دارند و باعث مي­شود كه بر امنيت كشورهاي هم مرز با آن­ها نيز تاثير­گذار شود. پژوهش حاضر مي­كوشد با روش توصيفي-تحليلي تاثير اين جريانات را بر مرزهاي شرقي ايران بررسي كند. مساله نوشتار حاضر آن­ است كه ظهور و رشد نوبنيادگرايي در افغانستان و پاكستان چه تاثيري بر امنيت مرزهاي شرقي ايران داشته­ اند. رشد بنيادگرايي با گسترش پديده ­هايي هم­چون افراط ­گرايي مذهبي، فعال­ شدن شكاف مذهبي، رشد فرقه­ گرايي مذهبي و قومي، ناامني رواني، خشونت و بي­ثباتي در روستاها و شهرهاي مرزي ايران را در پي خواهد داشت.

The phenomenon of neo-fundamentalism and the resulting violence is one of the most important issues in the field of international relations that has grown dramatically in the Middle East over the past two decades. Among the countries involved are Afghanistan and Pakistan. One of the effects of neo-fundamentalism in these countries is the formation of groups such as the Taliban and al-Qaeda and now ISIS which are rooted ideologically, and are similar to each other, and it also affects the security of the countries of the frontier. The present study tries to investigate the impact of these currents on the eastern borders of Iran through an analytical descriptive method. The present article is that the emergence and growth of neo-fundamentalism in Afghanistan and Pakistan has had an impact on the security of the eastern borders of Iran. Fundamentalist growth will be followed by the spread of phenomena such as religious extremism, the activation of the religious divide, the growth of religious and ethnic sectarianism, psychological insecurity, violence and instability in the villages and border towns of Iran.
