چكيده فارسي :
ايجاد يك جامعه الهي و اسلامي هدف غايي همه انبياء بوده است و تا به امروز و از امروز تا به ابد هيچ‌گاه از ذهن مصلحان و عالمان مسلمانان دور نگرديده است و همواره عامل تحريك و تحول جوامع مسلمان بوده است. بي‌شك بزرگ‌ترين و اصيل‌ترين اين تحول بعد از زمان نبي مكرم اسلام، انقلاب عظيم اسلامي ايران به رهبري عالمي مدير و مدبر و آگاه به مباني دين اسلام است. اكنون اين انقلاب در آستانه برداشتن دومين گام در راستاي رسيدن به كمال جامعه مطلوب بر پايه رعايت موازين اسلامي و به‌منظور تحقق شعاير الهي كه همه انسان‌ها بر اساس فطرت پاك خود به دنبال آن هستند، مي‌باشد. نيروي انتظامي دوشادوش ديگر دستگاه‌ها و نهادهاي كشور و با اتكا به همراهي و اعتماد مردم از آغاز انقلاب در صنف مقدم تحولات انقلاب براي ثبات و امنيت كشور و تماميت ارضي و حفاظت از مرزها كوشيده است. اين مطالعه در تلاش است تا پيشنهادهايي در ساختار نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران (ناجا) جهت تحقق جامعه اسلامي با توجه به بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب و با استناد به افكار و انديشه‌هاي مقام معظم رهبري ارائه دهد.
چكيده لاتين :
The creation of a divine and Islamic society has been the ultimate goal of all the prophets, and to this day and from today to eternity, it has never been out of the minds of reformers and scholars, Muslims, and has always been a stimulus for the transformation of Muslim societies. Undoubtedly, the greatest and most original of these developments after the time of the Holy Prophet of Islam is the great Islamic Revolution of Iran, led by a scholarly, prudent, and knowledgeable leader of the Islamic religion. This revolution is now on the verge of taking a second step towards achieving the perfection of a desirable society based on the observance of Islamic norms and in order to fulfill the divine rites that all human beings follow according to their pure nature. Along with other institutions and institutions of the country, relying on the support and trust of the people since the beginning of the revolution in the forefront of the revolutionary developments for the stability and security of the country and the territorial integrity and protection of borders, the police. This study tries to make suggestions in the structure of the law enforcement force of the Islamic Republic of Iran (NAJA) for the realization of the Islamic society according to the statement of the second step of the revolution and based on the thoughts and ideas of the Supreme Leader.
