بررسي اقدامات پليس پيشگيري شهرستان زاهدان بر ميزان كاهش سرقت وسايل نقليه موتوري

Investigating the Actions of the Preventive Police of Zahedan on Reducing the Amount of motor Vehicle’s Theft

در جهان امروز پيشگيري از جرم، كه باهدف كاهش فرصت­ ها و انگيزه ­هاي مجرمانه انجام مي‌پذيرد اهميت بسياري يافته است زيرا ارتكاب جرم و بزه از راه ­هاي مختلف صورت مي گيرد و پيچيدگي و گستردگي خاصي پيداكرده كه كشف آن زمان زياد و هزينه­ هاي گزافي در پي خواهد داشت. پژوهش حاضر با موضوع بررسي اقدامات اثربخش پليس پيشگيري در كاهش سرقت خودرو در شهرستان زاهدان انجام‌شده است. اين پژوهش از نظر نوع و هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، توصيفي- تحليلي مي­باشد. نمونه پژوهش، شامل 120 نفر از افسران بخش پليس پيشگيري و بخش­هاي مرتبط با آن بودند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ با سؤالات بسته پاسخ مي باشد. روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظريات اساتيد و متخصصين بررسي و مور تأييد قرار گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق الفاي كرونباخ، ميزان 921 صدم محاسبه شد كه داراي پايايي قابل قبولي مي­باشد. داده‌هاي بدست آمده با استفاده از روش آماري خي دو مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها حكايت از آن دارد كه اقدامات پليس پيشگيري از قبيل كنترل سارقين سابقه دار و همچنين اعزام گشت­هاي خودرويي، موتوري­ ها و گشت­ هاي پياده در معبر پرخطر همراه اسكورت و بهره گيري از تجهيزات ايمني توسط مالكان خودرو موجب كاهش سرقت خودرو در شهرستان زاهدان مي­ شود.

In today's world, crime prevention, which is done to reduce criminal opportunities and motivations, has become very important because crime is committed in different ways and has become so complex and widespread that it took a long time to discover. It will also cost a lot. The present study was conducted to investigate the effective measures of preventive police in reducing car theft in Zahedan. This research is applied in terms of type and purpose and descriptive-analytical method. The research sample included 120 officers from the Preventive Police Department and related departments. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with closed-ended questions. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using the opinions of professors and experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha of .92, which has an acceptable reliability. The obtained data were analyzed using chi-square statistical method. The findings suggest that preventive police measures such as controlling experienced thieves, as well as dispatching car patrols, motorbikes and pedestrian patrols on high-risk roads with escorts and the use of safety equipment by car owners will reduce car theft in Zahedan.
