تبيين قاچاق مواد مخدر با نگاهي به آمارهاي جهاني

Investigating and Explaining the Problem of Trafficking and Drug Use in Iran and the World

قاچاق مواد مخدر يكي از مسائل اصلي بسياري از جوامع بوده كه در سال­هاي اخير به يك امر جهاني تبديل شده است. در هم تنيدگي عوامل رواني، اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي در سطوح ملي و بين‌المللي، اين مسئله را به يكي از پيچيده‌ترين مسائل مبدل كرده است. در اين مقاله به تحليل نظري و آماري در حوزۀ قاچاق مواد مخدر در ايران و جهان پرداخته شده است. در همين راستا، ابتدا مباحث مرتبط با قاچاق مواد مخدر از قبيل اقتصاد و صنعت مواد مخدر، چالش­ هاي قاچاق مواد مخدر، آمار توليد و قاچاق و سياست‌ها و اقدامات ملي و بين‌المللي مبارزه با قاچاق و مصرف مواد مخدر طرح شده و در نهايت، گزارش آماري وضعيت مواد مخدر در جهان و ايران و سياست‌ها و برنامه‌هاي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در راستاي مبارزه با قاچاق و مصرف مواد مخدر و روان‌گردان تحليل و تبيين شده است.

The issue of drug trafficking and addiction has been one of the main problems of many societies for many years and has become a global issue in recent years. The intertwining of psychological, social, economic, political and cultural factors at national and international levels has made this one of the most complex social issues. This paper deals with theoretical and statistical analysis of two main areas of drug and drug trafficking in Iran and the world. To this end, firstly, issues related to drug trafficking such as (drug economy and industry, drug trafficking challenges, production and trafficking statistics, national and international anti-drug policies and practices, etc.) Then we will explain and analyze the issue of the importance and the prevalence of drug abuse in the society and finally the statistical report of drug situation in the world and Iran and the policies and programs of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fight against trafficking and the use of psychotropic drugs has been analyzed and explained
