The Role of Organizations in the Prevention of Driving Accidents Based on the Supreme Leader's Ideal System

هدف و زمينه: حوادث رانندگي در جامعه امروز به عنوان يك واقعيت اجتناب ناپذير از اهميت ويژه‌‌اي برخوردار است. در راستاي حل اين معضل، ارتقاء سطح فرهنگي جامعه در حوزه عبور و مرور با بهره‌مندي از توانمدي ‌سازمان‌ها و نهادهاي دولتي و غير دولتي به منظور كاهش حوادث رانندگي تاثيرگذار مي‌باشد. هدف اصلي نقش ‌سازمان‌ها و نهادها در پيشگيري از حوادث رانندگي بر اساس منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري است.كه موجب ‌‌‌مي‌شود سوالاتي از قبيل اينكه‌: «‌سازمان‌ها و نهادها‌‌‌ي دولتي و غيردولتي در ارتقاء سطح فرهنگ عبور و مرور جامعه چه نقشي ايفا مي‌كنند؟» و «جايگاه تعاملي ‌سازمان‌ها در كاهش حوادث رانندگي با توجه به بيانات مقام معظم رهبري چيست؟» به ذهن متبادر شود. روش: اين تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي و تحليلي از نوع تحقيقات كيفي است. در اين راستا با استفاده از كتب، اسناد، مقالات و سايت هاي مرتبط با عنوان تحقيق با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوي انجام پذيرفته است. نتايج: در راستاي بيانات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي در ديدار فرماندهان و مسئولان نيروي انتظامي در ارديبهشت ماه 1395 در خصوص اينكه علي رغم كاهش يافتن آمار تلفات تصادف‌هاي جاده‌‌اي، آمار تلفات همچنان بالاست و نيروي انتظامي با تعامل و همكاري با ‌‌دستگاه‌هاي مسئول در راستاي كاهش مستمر اين آمار تلاش نمايند؛

Aim and Background: Driving accidents are of particular importance in today's society as an inevitable fact. In order to solve this problem, promoting the cultural level of the community in the area of traffic, by utilizing the capacity of governmental and non-governmental organizations and institutions to reduce the impact of traffic accidents is effective. The main purpose of the role of organizations and institutions in preventing accidents is based on the Supreme Leader's thought system, which raises questions such as: "What role do governmental and nongovernmental organizations and institutions play in promoting the culture of community traffic?" Method: This is a descriptive and qualitative research. In this regard, the research has been done by using content analysis method books, documents, articles and related sites. Results: In line with the remarks of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, at the meeting of commanders and law enforcement officials in May, that despite the decrease in the number of road traffic fatalities, the death toll remains high and the police interacting and cooperating with the authorities responsible for continuous reduction. These statistics attempt to show that traffic accidents are the result of "causes" or the factors that provide the basis for these accidents, and the accident is caused by these factors, and officials' view of driving accidents in the country is a disability rather than a cause for change. On the other hand, proper and timely support for driving accidents requires a unified management of the involved stations.
