زمينه و هدف: شيوع‌‌ ويروس‌‌ كرونا‌‌ در‌‌ چين‌‌ و سرايت‌‌ آن‌‌ به‌‌ كشورهاي‌‌ اروپايي‌‌ و‌‌ خاورميانه‌‌ آسيب‌هاي‌‌ سياسي‌‌‌‌‌‌،‌‌ اقتصادي‌‌ اجتماعي‌‌ و‌‌ فرهنگي‌‌ در‌‌ كشورها‌‌ ايجاد‌‌ نموده‌‌ است‌‌.‌‌ ويروس‌‌ كرونا‌‌ شرايطي‌‌ را‌‌ بوجود‌‌ آورده‌‌ است‌‌ كه‌‌ باعث‌‌ شده‌‌ است‌‌ تمام‌‌ كشورها‌‌ به‌‌ سمت‌‌ سياست‌هاي‌‌ درهاي‌‌ بسته‌‌ پيش‌‌ بروند‌‌.‌‌ در‌‌ كشور‌‌ ما‌‌ نيز‌‌ آشفتگي‌هاي‌‌ ايجاد‌‌ شده‌‌ به‌‌ واسطه‌‌ نقض‌‌ برجام‌‌ و‌‌ تحميل‌‌ دور‌‌ جديدي‌‌ از‌‌ تحريم‌‌‌‌ها‌‌‌‌‌‌،‌‌ نوسانات‌‌ نرخ‌‌ ارز‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌،‌‌ افزايش‌‌ قيمت‌‌ سوخت‌‌‌‌‌‌،‌‌ سير‌‌ صعودي‌‌ افزايش‌‌ قيمت‌‌‌ مواد‌‌ غذايي‌‌ و‌‌ در‌‌ حال‌‌ حاضر‌‌ شيوع‌‌ ويروس‌‌ كرونا‌‌‌‌‌‌،‌‌ افزايش‌‌ خدمات‌‌ مضاعف‌‌ در‌‌ حوزه‌‌ نظم‌‌ و‌‌ امنيت‌‌ توسط‌‌ كاركنان‌‌ پليس‌‌ را‌‌ مي‌طلبد‌‌.‌‌ هدف‌‌ اين‌‌ تحقيق‌‌ بررسي‌‌ اقدامات‌‌ فرماندهي‌‌ انتظامي‌‌ استان‌‌ در‌‌ راستاي‌‌ مقابله‌‌ با‌‌ شيوع‌‌ ويروس‌‌ كرونا‌‌ است‌‌. روش: اين‌‌ تحقيق‌‌ از‌‌ نوع‌‌ تحقيقات‌‌ توصيفي‌‌ و‌‌ تحليلي‌‌ از‌‌ نوع‌‌ تحقيقات‌‌ كيفي‌‌ است‌‌.‌‌ در‌‌ اين‌‌ راستا‌‌ با‌‌ استفاده‌‌ از‌‌ كتب‌‌‌‌‌‌،‌‌ اسناد‌‌‌‌‌‌،‌‌ مقالات‌‌ و‌‌ سايت‌هاي‌‌ مرتبط‌‌ با‌‌ عنوان‌‌ تحقيق‌‌ با‌‌ استفاده‌‌ از‌‌ روش‌‌ تحليل‌‌ محتوي‌‌ انجام‌‌ پذيرفته‌‌ است‌‌. نتايج: به‌‌ علت‌‌ شيوع‌‌ ويروس‌‌ كرونا‌‌ پليس‌‌ با‌‌ بحران‌‌ جديدي‌‌ روبرو‌‌ شده‌‌ كه با‌‌ توجه‌‌ به‌‌ تهديدات‌‌ و‌‌ آسيب‌هاي‌‌ پيش‌‌ رو‌‌ مسئوليت‌‌ سنگيني‌‌ در‌‌ راستاي‌‌ مديريت‌‌ بحران‌‌ ناشي‌‌ از‌‌ گسترش‌‌ اين‌‌ بيماري‌‌ تا‌‌ عادي‌‌ شدن‌‌ شرايط‌‌ بر‌‌ عهده‌‌ پليس‌‌ قرار داشت؛ لذا‌‌ فرماندهي‌‌ انتظامي‌‌ استان‌‌ كرمان‌‌ با‌‌ توجه‌‌ به‌‌ اهميت‌‌ نقش‌‌ و‌‌ وظايف‌‌ پليس‌‌ در راستاي‌‌ مبارزه‌‌ با‌‌ تهديدات‌‌ و اجرايي‌‌ نمودن‌‌ تصميمات‌‌ ستاد‌‌ ملي‌‌ مبارزه‌‌ با‌‌ كرونا‌‌ ضمن‌‌ حفظ‌‌ نيروي‌‌ انساني‌‌ به‌‌ عنوان‌‌ ‌‌‌سرمايه‌اجتماعي‌‌ در‌‌ حين‌‌ اجراي‌‌ وظايف‌‌ قانوني‌‌ به‌‌ منظور‌‌ كنترل‌‌ تهديدات‌‌ و‌‌ تبعات‌‌ ناشي‌‌ از‌‌ ويروس‌‌ كرونا‌‌ و‌‌ نحوه‌‌ مديريت‌‌ بهينه‌‌ اين‌‌ بيماري‌‌ از‌‌ طريق‌‌ قطع‌‌ زنجيره‌‌ انتقال‌‌ و‌‌ نيز‌‌ ضرورت‌‌ برقراري‌‌ امنيت‌‌ در‌‌ فضاي‌‌ حقيقي‌‌ و‌‌ سايبري‌‌ با‌‌ ‌برنامه‌ريزي‌‌ دقيق‌‌ واتخاذ‌‌ تدابير‌‌ ضمن‌‌ مديريت‌‌ صحيح‌‌ بحران‌‌ در‌‌ راستاي‌‌ كاهش‌‌ آسيب‌پذيري‌ها‌‌ و‌‌ به‌‌ حداقل‌‌ رساندن‌‌ خسارات‌هاي‌‌ جاني‌‌ و‌‌ مالي‌‌ فعاليت‌هاي‌‌ موثري‌‌ در‌‌ اين‌‌ حوزه‌‌ انجام‌‌ داده‌‌ است.

Context and Aim: The outbreak of the coronavirus in China and its spread to European and Middle Eastern countries has caused political, economic, social and cultural damage in those countries. The Corona virus has created conditions for all countries to pursue closed-door policies. In our country, the turmoil caused by the violation of the UN Security Council and the imposition of a new round of sanctions, exchange rate fluctuations, rising fuel prices, rising food prices and the current outbreak of coronavirus, doubling the order and security services by employees He asks the police. The purpose of this study is to investigate the actions of the provincial police command in order to deal with the outbreak of the coronavirus. Method: This research is descriptive and analytical research is qualitative research. In this regard, using books, documents, articles and sites related to the title of the research has been done using content analysis method. Results: Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the police have faced a new crisis, which, due to the threats and harms ahead, was the responsibility of the police in managing the crisis caused by the spread of the disease until the situation normalized; Therefore, the Kerman Police Command, considering the importance of the role and duties of the police in combating threats and implementing the decisions of the National Headquarters for Combating Corona, while maintaining human resources as a "social capital" while performing legal duties to control threats and consequences of Corona virus and Optimal management of this disease by cutting the transmission chain and the need to establish security in real and cyber space with "accurate planning and measures while proper crisis management in order to reduce vulnerabilities" and minimize casualties and financial losses has been effective in this area.
