چكيده فارسي :
امنيت مؤلفه‌اي است كه انسان تحت تأثير آن زندگي خود را سامان مي‌دهد. مفهوم امنيت رابطه مستقيم با اختيار و آزادي دارد؛ و عبارت است از حالت فراغت از هر گونه تهديد يا حمله و يا آمادگي براي رويارويي با هر گونه تهديد و حمله. يكي از وظايف پليس ايجاد امنيت است چه از بعد اخلاقي و چه از بعد اجتماعي، در تحقيقات اقدامات پليس تا زماني كه به افزايش احساس امنيت در جامعه منجر نشود، مثبت ارزيابي نمي‌گردد. لذا يكي از اقداماتي كه مي‌تواند در اين راستا مورد توجه قرار گيرد، اهميت و توجه به به ضريب احساس امنيت در جامعه مي‌باشد. در اين تحقيق محقق تلاش نموده تا نقش ناجا را در عرصه‌هاي امنيت اخلاقي و اجتماعي بررسي كند و از روش اسنادي شامل فيش برداري از مستندات و روش ميداني براي تكميل پرسشنامه‌ها استفاده شده است. متغيرهاي مستقل اين تحقيق پيشگيري از وقوع جرائم اجتماعي، پيشگيري از وقوع جرائم اخلاقي، رعايت حقوق شهروندي بوده است. با توجه به ماهيت سؤال‌هاي پژوهشي از ابزارهاي مناسب آماري نظير آزمون همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه نقش اصلي ناجا كه در قالب متغير مستقل تحقيق آورده شده همگي با متغير وابسته امنيت اجتماعي و امنيت اخلاقي رابطه معني داري داشته است بدين صورت كه با تغيير در هر يك از نقش‌هاي نيروي انتظامي امنيت اجتماعي امنيت اخلاقي دچار تغيير مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Security is a component of human life that is affected by it. The concept of security has
a direct relationship with authority and freedom; it is free from any threat or attack or
prepared to face any threat or attack. One of the tasks of the police is to create security,
whether ethically or socially, in investigating police actions as long as they do not lead to
an increased sense of security in society. Therefore, one of the measures that can be
considered in this regard is the importance and attention to the factor of security in the
society. In this research, the researcher has attempted to investigate the role of NAJA in the
fields of ethical and social security and has used the documentary method, including
document retrieval and field method to complete the questionnaires. Independent variables
of this research were prevention of social crimes, prevention of moral crimes, observance of
citizenship rights. Due to the nature of the research questions, appropriate statistical tools
such as Pearson correlation test were used. The results show that the main role of NAJA as
an independent variable of research all had a significant relationship with the dependent
variable of social security and moral security.
